I am very unhappy. I needed an advance last Friday. I had only had one advance and was due for a second one. But the app did NOT recognize it for some reason. There was NO NUMBER to call customer service and No Email listed. Not even a Chat option. Out of pure luck, a bill didn't go through and I had money to survive on until today... VERY upset and frustrated!! I was considering moving my direct deposit to this account. Now I'm NOT sure I should. Especially since there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

After 3 years of flawlessly working, suddenly can't DO anything. Lots of promotions about instapay, but can't actually access it. Whatever you did, undo it. Suddenly useless. UPDATE-10/28/24. For the last couple of months it's working perfectly. I'm happy because it's an extremely useful and convenient app that gives me access to my pay sooner if it's necessary. Thumbs up!

It was a good app until it randomly selected my account to be blocked or locked me out and I don't know why, they can't even explain it and I couldn't access my account. Then they make it very, very difficult to access you own account for their malfunction. BE AWARE! The safest way would be email they won't let me use email!

I WAS loving the app. It's easy to use, convenient, and helpful. However, January 25th, right after the last update, it shows my daily pay as $2 LESS than what I was making, and hasn't yet updated to the 2% raise amount, either, so my instapays (that I rely on, unfortunately, to pay bills) are less than they should be. I'll change my rating when this is fixed.

Getting help with this app is hopeless, especially when changing devices. I removed this app from my old phone which has no service. I installed it on my NEW phone & they won't allow me to activate or use it because they think I have it on 2 cell phones. I told them I'm only using my NEW phone & the phone number is the SAME. They need to remove my OLD phone on their end. Then they put you through a lot of verification steps just to get it set up. I still can NOT use this app! Annoying! 😑

Like the new bi-weekly instapay option. Dislike that this option is not really available. Since the update, it takes longer for worked hours to populate even when I close and open the app or refresh the home page. I've worked 3 shifts already and it still shows 0 hours worked. My main gripe with this app (and even) was that it has zero security. Anyone with your phone can open the app, request a verification code, copy and paste, boom, access to financial information. Needs 2factor or login.

The previous "Even" version worked fine. I knew I wouldn't like the update so I deliberately avoided installing when prompted. Then today I find it automatically changed. This new version with the black color scheme is annoying to use. There is also too much going on in the app. I wish companies wouldn't change things that aren't broken just for the sake of "progress". I am considering deleting the app altogether.

The color scheme has changed to a "dark theme" and there's no options to change it back to a "light theme". It's difficult for me to read light writing on dark backgrounds so this is extremely frustrating and not very accessible. Another change is that the new UI is so much more complicated than before! Now there are so much more busy designs/buttons on the front page and I have to really search to view my schedule. The app use to look so clean and simple, and was easy to use. Not anymore.

To anyone experiencing issues with the Even app loading properly, try this: Clear the app's cache in (Android's) Settings, uninstall the app, and then reinstall the app. For my particular issue, it seems to have worked for me. Regardless, developers should look into the matter of why the app not loading properly seems to happen frequently enough at all.

I used to love this app. It was great for setting aside a portion of every paycheck and not be tempted to spend it. However, recently the app has said I can no longer save with it and had to create a ONE account. I figured it would be the same kind of thing and signed up. I got a text saying I would receive a debit card in the mail. In no way was I made aware that ONE was a bank. I don't need or want another bank account. Now I have to go through the process of cancelling a bank account πŸ™„
