I reached out to support but they clearly did not read my email or looked at the attached image carefully because they just told me to talk to Arcade support, which only gives automated messages that does not help me at all. I replied to the email but I got no response. How frustrating. |

So I reached out for help, followed their instructions and 4 days later, still the same message. 1 week later ..... still same issue and no response for help on cash out issue. So I DELETED MY ACCOUNT AND UNINSTALLED. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS ONE! My 4 star rating is now 1 star. Wish I could give zero stars. |

My issue is that the app wouldn't let me verify my phone number, and I've sent multiple emails and all I get back are the same reply and no human to chat with, sadly I had to delete my account because of the 25 cent PayPal fee. I used to cash out as soon as I got $5, but now I can't, and I would've loved to earn playing games |
| 2024-09-12 |  | | This app is ok at best. I think my problem is with the survey providers. On numerous occasions, I chose to take 25+ minutes for a higher reward in surveys. When I successfully completed I clicked the arrow to return to dashboard and collect my reward but no reward came. There several more issues but it's not like they will be fixed. It does pay once you reach the minimum cashout amount. I spent 4 days trying to reach $5. I was at 4.50. All I could qualify for was 3 and 4 cent surveys!! LAME!!! |

I've had multiple surveys fail to pay out, and then hit a wall where nothing was being offered for quite some time when I was near cash out. When you cash out, you need to verify a bank-linked PayPal account, even if you are cashing to a gift card, as well as verify your account via SMS. Not sure how comfortable I feel with that. |

Thats all it says. Something went wrong. I messaged support and told them how i tried closing the app, clearing app data, uninstalling/reintalling and updating the app... They actually replied. The response was advice on different methonds i should try... Which was EVERYTHING i told them i tried. |

I have been trying to cashout for three days now, but keep getting a "something went wrong" error. It says to close the app, update it and try again, but I've done all that including deleting the app and redownloaing it... And still cant cash out my funds. I have emailed support three times and have not received a response. |

Eureka isn't bad, I'll still use it but it often has me complete surveys just to tell me to click out of the page to earn reward but I can't ex out without saying "survey didn't reward me" & the "claim" button on some don't even work. And if you do surveys on surveypop you can't do half of them on eureka , doesn't have as many surveys everyday either. But I guess overall it's better than most survey apps. |

However, I give it 2 stars because sometimes the surveys kick you off as soon as you've completed 80% of them - they won't reload or take you back to the previous page, and they don't reward you once you've completed the survey. Today, I finally made $7.30 and decided to cash out to my PayPal, but I was sent a Bath & Body Works gift card instead. This is so frustrating! |

They seem to have switched a lot of their gifting services to sketchy websites, I was given a visa gift card that doesn't work at all which the company won't replace and this app hasn't gotten back to me on. Not worth 5 -6 hours if you wanna cash out same day. Half the surveys make you take the whole thing and then don't pay you. Whole app has turned sketch. |
