2024-12-17 | Brooke Self | Easy to set up, works great, awesome price. It does fill up fast, small container, but it filters, and app let's you know if you need to empty. Nobody cleans under the couch. We now do. Yay! It even fit under my coffee table. Goes over multiple types of flooring and kept going. | |
2024-12-14 | Marti | Update: I love this vacuum, I added a star. I wish I didn't have to navigate a multiple screens to start/stop, should be one click. I want to change to voice to my custom language and voice. If base gets plugged it's hard to see or know, and even harder to clear it, you can't open to see. Previous review: Setup was hell. After auto clean, there's an editable map, THAT IS NOT THE MAP!! You must "create new map" to get an actual map. Ridiculous! Usage good, setup and directions bad! | |
2024-11-29 | Zach Lobato | 11-29-2024 (updated after two software updates since 10-10-2024 purchase): I've got 4 floors, this thing only supports 3 maps. For as expensive of equipment this is, this feels like a huge oversight. Considering returning this product at this time. Would appreciate a flag on the maps to let it know there's no base on that floor (Eufy S1 Pro). Would save us from a lot of grief. Still really frustrated. | |

I get the error in the app that says 'there is a bug in this app so wait for the developer to update the app and try again' rofl.. so much for a $1000 vacuum. Ridiculous! | |
2024-11-15 | Darrell Taylor | App crashes/exits repeatedly on both Galaxy S24 ultra and S21 when trying to enter the X10 while loading the existing map. iPad works fine. I spoke with support ~2 months ago about it. It's still doing it. Come on devs... Already have preciously updated. App crashes the same on Sept 28 even after updating. Tried reinstalling, still crashing. Rebooted and reinstall, still crashing. Still crashing 11/15/2024 when clicking 'enter' to pull up the map. This app still has a critical crashing issue. | |
2024-09-28 | Ace H | 1 star for attention. PLEASE update the app or software to allow us to rotate the room/map or "zone" box so that we can program a more accurate zone cleaning area. The device makes a great scan of the house but the orientation is never straight so the zone cleaning box is not rotatable to align with the desired area. There is a rotate map but it only 90°. Otherwise this product and app are great and I highly recommend. I just want this to be seen by eufy. 5 stars when this simple update exists. | |
2024-09-15 | Jason “J” | ***UPDATE *** I still cannot use eufy smart plugs anymore. Difficult to connect. Followed instructions exactly even checked on YouTube for advice and still cannot connect. It gets to 100% then failure to connect pops up. Might have to find another brand. ***ORIGINAL***Trying to connect the smart plug mini and it will not connect. My router is 5g and 2g and is less than 5ft away from the smart plug. Chat just gives me links to trouble shoot but doesn't help. Any help would be great. | |
2024-07-27 | Rachelle Parscal | Excellent product. I had an issue with the app continuously crashing every time I went to set the schedule for my robot vacuum. I sent an email to Eufy home support, asking for help. Less than 24 hours later, an update was made available on the Google Play Store, and the app is fixed! I no longer have any issues with the app crashing. | |
2024-05-26 | E. C. | Things were going well with the app, but then there seems to have been an update and now the map doesn't allow zooming in during cleaning. It keeps automatically zooming fully out whenever you try to zoom in to a specific room to see what area it's cleaning. Kind of annoying. Overall, the app does well and does the things I want it to with the mapping and cleaning modes. | |
2024-05-01 | Brian West | Had my C25 for a few years, and every so often, it would disconnect from the network and I have to set up again from scratch. Annoying enough, but now my vac won't connect. Connection failed, and tried every step to fix it. Have very little control over it without connecting to the app. This last update was trash, and without app support so is the vacuum. |
