Initially, i was happy and satisfied with the app, but since i got a deduction on adding money in the account, you charge a fee as considered a transaction. It's totally useless and looting people even on adding or recharging accounts.

Unfortunately I cannot withdraw my balance on this app because of technical issue when I chage my.number. This app is previously user friendly but now I cannot open it and canmot do any transaction. Customer service cannot help but answer base on their script and they dont have a good technical team to fix my issue. Imagine wairing for more than 2 months now for a positive result but none until now.

Hello, initially I was using e&money and it was working good. But now I am not able to open this application, I don't know what happened? I have tried many times after reinstalling it as well but application is not opening at all. ?? My phone is updated as well.

The app was functioning well until last week. However, since last night, I have been facing issues with transferring funds to my account in India. I initiated a transfer at 4:26 AM today, but even after Five hours, the status remains as "Initiated," and the amount has not been credited to my account. Additionally, I have been trying to contact customer care since yesterday, but the line has been consistently busy. The 24x7 chat option in the app also appears to be non-functional.

Not good for me. Tried making a transfer from my e&money account into my mobile betting application (Melbet) it could show clearly that the transfer was successful but I can't see the money in my betting account.

Worst app ever. Customer service is non existent and always getting selfie verification invalid when trying to activate the account. I see the developers don't even answer to the bad reviews. Shows how disinterested they are in client disatisfaction and support!

An error is popping up every time when i try to add credit for my transfer from debit card. This happens after I give all my credentials and OTP for bank transfer. I have to try multiple time yo finally get the amount credited to my account and I have to start over the Money Transfer process from the start. It's not pleasant to use.
