2024-11-12 | Gabrielle Hjorth | I have read many negative comments. However, this app saved me. I bought a Goojodoq X2 projector and the bloody remote went out after a month. I contacted the people I bought it from and they were just jerks who refused to help in any way to replace it. So, I'm back using the projector, thanks to this app. and didn't have any trouble pairing it up.
2024-09-20 | Gary Keck | Pretty useless! Won't work on Android phone and on iPhone is identical to the remote so why bother! Also due to lack of glasses in bed I accidentally put the display upside down and then proceeded to change the language to something like Croatian or something which I can't read. No way to do factory reset to start over. So here I am on my PC Googling how to fix this. Tried the BenQ help line and a female with blond hair came up with the name of Edward no help and logged off. Need factory reset!!
2024-06-02 | alperen yusuf | To anybody trying to use it for the monitors sadly doesnt work but would be nice
2024-05-25 | Maya Zw | It would have been a nice alternative to the physical remote if it worked properly. The mouse pad doesn't respond to clicks and I have to press many times before it actually registers (I own the GV30 model)
2024-02-08 | Dan doun | One of the worst experience using this app it never wants to connect and if ever it does completely freezes and doesn't work worst app I have ever seen not thought out at all Even after updating will not connect half the time
2024-01-06 | Jesse Tisdale | Just a horrible app that BenQ pushes on you for absolutely no reason. I'd rather just use my remote to enter in my email and passwords. No one asked for this.
2024-01-02 | Ryan Layfield | Terrible Android support. Does not see the QS01 attached to the projector on the same network literally just above the same address of the device. Clearly needs work. Looking forward to a new version that is vetted properly on Android 14.
2023-12-24 | Marcus Eder | This app is pre-alpha. It connects less than 1/2 of the time, does not allow screen control in any of the 3 methods (stuck in place) and is counter to all good app development standards in UI/UX. This should not have been released in this state. Request: Benq devs and scrum leaders please take this to heart and use the app yourself and re-release in beta.
2023-09-28 | David Surina | Keeps disconnecting and then failing to find projector, 3 times out of 4. Its just annoying to work with.
2023-06-25 | Darnell P. | This app is absolutely horrible on Android. It refuses to connect to the projector even though both are connected to the same WiFi network as instructed. Simply refused to find the projector. Fortunately I also have an iPad. I downloaded the iOS version of this app onto it. Lo and behold it connected instantly. This isn't cool. Fix the android version of your app. |
