2024-12-02 | Ficky Kurniawan | This app is super annoying. It's always comunication failed when I click my subscription. What a waste of money.
2024-11-19 | Ace | Eset no longer offers a free version. Once your trial expired, you'll be stucked in license page asking you to purchase a license key and you cannot exit that page until you make a purchase.
2024-11-03 | Luci an | I used yearly subscription for years but... paid, auto-renew... and this year it doesn't activate for 365 days. Talk to tehnical support but no answer for 7 days... so I asked for refund. Now if I want to pay for a subscription the price is double!!! So... I will wait to all my subscriptions to expire (Eset internet security/3pc, mobile security/5, parental control-trial, vpn) and change to other applications!!! It's not fair what you did...
2024-10-24 | Melvin Lew | Thanks to the most recent app update, the bypass bug has been fixed and Eset is now fully functional for both of my kids devices. Thanks for the response and fix.
2024-10-14 | James Jose | Easy to bypass on Android, basically the most useless parental controls you can waste your money on and don't expect your money back. Edit: ESET will deny there is a known bug in their software that they openly admit to and instead blame it on Android, what a pathetic cop out! Three days ago it was a bug, now they say it's due to Android, other parental controls can't be bypassed from the lock screen! Edit 2: refused refund as I've had it for longer than 30 days...
2024-09-29 | Gisele Magalhaes | I've blocked some apps on my child's phone and set limit time and it's neither blocked nor limiting time.
2024-09-27 | Alexander A | Free version stopped working after the latest update on both parent and child Samsung devices and required the app reset. Time budgeting don't work in free version anymore. Content filtering wasn't able to block access to any website with inappropriate content (sex) in any of 4 browsers available on the device.
2024-09-24 | Nathan Herman | Everyday it resets some of the blocked apps. If I block an app today. Tomorrow it is unblocked. I should be able to block apps like tic toc, snap chat, and more. My teenager doesn't need to be on chats and dating apps
2023-07-30 | Jean M A Blackbeard | In general the app has been helpful. However, of late it has been more faulty which is frustrating for both my child and myself. Locator is wrong even when refreshed, have to repeatedly enter time increase for it to work, time increases doesn't always reflect what was entered. I think it's ridiculous that the app does not allow parents to be alerted of all inappropriate contents accessed. Lowest setting allows parents to be informed if their child accesses 50+ inappropriate websites per week.
2023-05-26 | Rob Fisher | Decent app. Setup is easy. All the features work properly. Not too intrusive. Not too expensive. Slightly awkward interface but you get used to it. Would be handy to have different time limits for different apps but you can set particular apps to be time limited or not quickly and easily. Locator function works well. Web filter seems to work, too. |
