| 2024-11-26 |  | | As someone that works out in the field and a lot of the times off my phone, I hate having to start my computer just to print a document that was emailed to me. This app makes it super easy to print from my phone and grab the papers on my way out the door. It's also nice to check my ink levels when I'm at the office store if I forget to check before I leave. |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | Im ditchin inkjet for good now. I love it. 😍 recently i started getting a bug on the print range page. First time it said to clear cache & i did & it happened again. Only happens after paper jams (maybe i printed too much in a session??) Im not sure why its happening but its only that page that has problems. 🤷♀️ |
| 2024-11-15 |  | | Most horrible experience ever with a printer. I switched from HP and now I cannot do a thing. I want the control panel on my all in one desktop. Unable to load the smart print (even though it says compatible), unable to have any easy screen on my desktop that controls the printer. The instructions send me to 3 different pieces of software. Crazy. I am so frustrated I am going out shopping for a new printer. Avoid Epson at all costs. |
| 2024-11-04 |  | | Incredibly useful. I use it to print via my phone instead of my computer since it's so much faster and easier. Everything i need to print is on my phone anyway. The autocorrect and sharpness settings are lifesavers, too. I wish i could tweak the exact brightness/contrast/etc. on my own instead of having on/off buttons, but it still works well without, so i can't complain. |
| 2024-11-02 |  | | The printer is nice. I enjoy the large ink tanks and the savings over buying ink cartridges. I do, however, find it difficult to find the answers to the issue I'm having. Try as I might, I can't get the printer to print in landscape orientation. I have changed settings from portrait to landscape, rotated the image, changed paper size, etc the print preview shows landscape but it still prints as portrait. |
| 2024-10-22 |  | | This printer has been a dream to use. Though some reviews on Amazon mentioned difficulties programming, setting up, and linking to wifi, it went smoothly for me. Color prints are better, of course, on better paper or best photo paper, and terrible (awful) on cheap paper. Two-sided printing worked great the first time I tried it. I definitely recommend this as an all-around every day printer. It seems like the ink will last forever! |
| 2024-10-20 |  | | I received a WF 2950 printer as a gift. Glad I didn't pay for it LOL. Downloaded app and connected via Wi-Fi. When I tried to make a copy through the app it said it couldn't find the product and asked if I wanted to reset the connection! Tried that and failed several times. Not being able to find the product also prevented me from completing a user feedback survey offered through the app. Not being able to use less expensive ink cartridges is another negative. Getting rid of it |

I only use Black ink I buy some black ink and put it in and then all of a sudden all the colors gone I don't even use color. Now I'm being held hostage can't print important materials. Through the printer outside going with a different brand. Terrible experience terrible customer experience also. Trash product being held hostage is illegal |
| 2024-10-04 |  | | I have had more trouble with this app and Epson printer than any printer before. It's SO incredibly frustrating! After registrating my printer multiple times, find work around to get the app to recognize my word docs, it now wouldn't print any of the words inside of text boxes. It just shows a triangle with exclamation point. Now, matter what program or how I save it, the results are the same. I just NEED this thing to work properly! |
| 2024-09-24 |  | | It won't print some files because they are "too big" (recipe online) it won't automatically convert 1 page documents into multiple pages. What happened to hitting the print button and it's a standard 8 1/2 x 11 document? Maybe I missed something on install? Not happy. |
