Tried to set up scan to email, but nothing is working and support was closed on Sat. Can't scan. Tried on computer and WF-3820. Downloaded app for my android and went to computer to put in email address per instructions, and nothing works. Way to much trouble

1. The app doesn't allow to scan for the maximum DPI available for the scaner, as it does when using the scanner on windows. 2. The app doesn't allow you choose a folder from a cloud service (OneDrive, Google Drive, DropBox, etc). 2. But the worst is that after every scan and file save, if I want to scan a different document (e.g. 'Scan New') to put in an different PDF file, the app for some reason was designed to search for scanners again.

Ya, it's a dated interface but it worked exactly as it should. (just don't pay any attention to the suggestions). I have an ES-60W, not listed. Took the 80W (close enough). Forget about wifi infrastructure, (though it works fine with the laptop) it doesn't work with this app (as far as I can tell). Use Wifi direct, found my scanner right away. When scanning, select auto, anything else on the list, the app just messes it up. Hope this helps
