2024-12-07 | Ray Harker | Great app. The energy graph could be better. Not sure the 15 min segments makes sense. I would rather see the segments being per hour and it updating four times. Everything is KWh so it makes more sense to show it that way. Would love to see real time panel production as well as accumulative. Also please add notifications so I know when I'm pulling from the grid or solar production has reached a certain level.
2024-12-05 | Ken Chambers | The app is informative and allows most of the system controller options to be set/changed. I only wish it had a charge setting fir "semi cloudy" forecasts to first charge the batteries before supplying power to the house. You can manually do that option by switching into and out of "Full Backup" mode. Love the system and flexibility of options from Enphase.
2024-11-22 | Kyle Stuart | As other users have reported, when microinverters fail (as 5 of mine did) the app doesn't alert you at all. It clearly knows there is a failure, as you can dig several menus deep to see your list of devices and see a red/green status indicator that says "Error". If a device is in error, why would you not make a much more obvious alert??? Terrible design that hasn't been addressed despite acknowledgement here.
2024-11-12 | Christopher Scolaro | The App does not report accurate information. Consistently tells me the Gateway is not reporting, yet I'm standing in front of it and the display clearly shows it is reporting. Then you have the infamous Microinverter errors. I wonder if even those are accurate reports. My system is hardwired, everything attached to my router works fine. Update: 2 years later and still no microverter reporting. They've been updating for 2 years.... lol
2024-11-04 | Andrew A. | The energy graph page stops updating once the app is open. I have to restart the app to update data from several hours ago. Also the customer service of this company is really disappointing. I purchased a part shown on their website, and did not recieve what was pictured. They refused to process a refund even though I was not shipped what was pictured for the part number. I do like the rest of the system and it's simplicity of installation.
2024-11-03 | Petr Zubik | During the last hurricane in Florida, my system switched from self-consumption to full backup several times a day.And that despite the fact that I have Storm guard turned off in the application. I also have off(disabled)charging from the grid, but the batteries are still recharged from the grid. Still no widget for years. overall, it's a very disgusting system. If I could,I'll take it out of the house and throw it in the trash. My recommendation:if you want to screw up your life, go with Enphase
2024-11-01 | Ray Bloom | The weekly/monthly graph is stupid... it shows consumed and produced and imported/exported but imported exported is all the same... really stupid. Get new devs for app. If you are going to reply actually read this... don't just paste a generic reply. It is the graph on the app for weekly and monthly that is wrong. The daily graph is good.
2024-10-31 | L Johnson | Lately app takes too long to load. Did uninstall and reinstall and still takes 2 to 3 minutes to load. Tried this and still a problem. Tried all your suggestions and still takes 2 minutes to load. Phone software is totally updated too. It's been over a week and you still haven't fixed this problem.
2024-08-26 | Dana Walker | Really enjoy this app there are a couple of minor issues though. The notifications don't work. If grid power is lost or other situations occur, the system should send emails or text, but this isn't working. Also, there's no notification when a system software update occurs, which kicks us off grid power. At times, it takes multiple attempts to connect. But I really recommend Enphase Solar and home backup, really good product!!!
2024-07-21 | Luis SepĂșlveda | Its functional. Does not give you many details on efficiency and power generation per inverter... Great for checking if the system is working. If you want details or are engineering-oriented, its a dissapointment. Update - the recommended "upgraded" and not free Enlighten Manager app does not work on android currently. So your recommendation is invalid... |
