My app won't bring up any facilities and I have to call them all the time and ask for them to look for a facility for me. I've been on the app for weeks now and have nothing lined up. This is after I uploaded all my documents and was told Im good to go.

I can't get in the app. I click on it to open and sign in but the app immediately crashes and closes down. I said maybe I'll uninstall and then install. After tree attempts of opening and it doing the same thing I uninstalled.

This is the worst app for busy-hard-working people. It chooses when to work and when not to, freezes anytime. A simple mistake in entering time card cannot be corrected. Most of the time, it's when you have to get approval that it freezes and makes the lives of busy people hard.

Can anyone with an android phone have any tips on how to not have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app just to clock in and out? I keep having to screenshot the signature and rejection of the signature for proof that i am in fact there....this will be the third week it hasny worked and have had to have my office put it through on their end after getting conformation that i did complete those shifts from the facility

0 starts..... Does not work with Android. I guess whomever created the software thought everyone in the world had IOS?! I've tried unistall and re-install. I just got a new phone, previously thinking it was because my phone was older. Nope, this app just sucks...

I agree with everyone 'a review. This App is pitiful. I've been unable to open it since December 28th to have my shifts signed. This is my 7th shift since December 28th. I canceled the App thinking I could install it again and it would work again..Wrong!!!!!! Favorite tells me it's my responsibility to have the hospital download a timesheet sign it and email it back to them or I won't be paid. I fill out a blank piece of paper with my time have the House Supervisor sign it. I snap a photo of it and text it to Favorite and told them it's their responsibility to get the timse sheet to and from the Hospital that Favorite requires. The Hospital is fed up ,I'm fed up and 2 more shifts this week and good bye Favorite. I'll find an Agency that uses paper timesheets..

Nothing but problems, called office and first lady acted annoyed, called back and was told to change location,but can't because LIKE I KEPT SAYING ,it says ERROR ON EVERYTHING..... SO ILL CALL mon- fri like she said for me to do. Wth some customer service. I'd give zero if I could because 2 different people acted annoyed but dumb. Shame 🙄

This review is for the app not the company. App feels like it's still in development. Problem areas: having to scroll to the top of the page to see the date for the shift that you are looking at. Make the date scroll with the page. The address for the facility should be in the search results. Don't know how accurate the mileage Not able to search from current location. not enough information before you select the shift no way to undo it after you've selected it. BE Careful.

The app is horrible! It takes too long to load. I'll be on time for my shift but have to wait at least 2 minutes for it let me in. The connection on my phone and tablet are fine because everything else runs smoothly. This whole app needs to be redesigned. I prefer Intelycare's app over this. It is smoother and overall a cleaner and simpler app.

Im a STNA in Cleveland/Ohio. The app is sh***y and has multiple glitches. You have force stop the app and restart multiple times.Beware of signatures not going through at end of shift, DOUBLE check because this app had a habit of that.They pay okay but MSN and Intelycare pay a lot better. My paychecks was always accurate *knocks on wood* Staff could be A LOT better.Its a few individuals with messed up attitudes.
