The app is asking me to turn off developer mode. I use the developer mode to customize my Android phone to make it faster. I do not want to turn it off. Because of 1 Emirates NBD app my whole phone usage experience is being affected. Please fix this. Everytime I have to log in the app I have to turn off developer options and then turn it back on. This is absurd. I have used many banking apps and this is the first time I am facing this issue. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

The recent version does not allow me to use the application, mentioning that it is due to developer options enabled in Android, whereas my phone is controlled through MS Intune, which does not allow me to enable developer options. What a joke!!! Response to ENBD feedback: The point is that my phone doesn't even allow me to enable/disable the developer options, so it is by default disabled as a security from the organization due to their policy. So, technically, there is a bug in your code.

if you are transaction from a laptop, it is difficult to find the approve transaction tab on the mobile app. one really has to be fast enought to tap on the notification message which is sent to the mobile and tap it to open the approval screen. if you miss this notification you have to cancel the transaction initiated on the web interface and redo the entire thing again...the older app was much more user-friendly, this app is useless. The above issues are not yet resolved.

okay, after using it for more than a year now I have changed my view. This works perfectly for me. Except for the fact the smart pass notifications are not popping if the app is open in the background or if am using an Android phone. Rest are fixed and so far working flawlessly. Since the last upgrade I am unable to login to the app on the first attempt. It takes me multiple times before I can eventually login. Iv also had trouble paying my credit card as it sends a message to say payment failure but when I check the account it seems the payment has in fact been processed. I'm not sure what has happened but the app used to work fine. The last update has only created problems. I can't continue to bank like this as its all so highly inconvenient.

Everytime I try to login, it shows check your internet connection ... No matter how strong the internet it, I am just not able to login. Out of 20 times only twice I am able to login. Whats issue guys ?? Am I doing something wrong ?? The moment I open the app, the internet speed goes down on my notification and the moment I'm out of the app, everything is fine

The verification processes are far too much, this isn't even my main bank and I'm seriously considering closing my account. I understand the importance of it, but I have never had a banking service this excessive. I can't even access my account from my laptop anymore; I was basically forced to download the mobile app and continue from there. Very upsetting.

DO NOT Upgrade. KEEP THE ORIGINAL APP. The bank services on the upgrade is limited and difficult to navigate. It just looks aesthetically better than the original app. Even the online banking experience has the same impact when you upgrade. I cannot do MePay on the this app. Hard to switch beneficiaries for specific types of online transfers like direct remit and local/international transfers. Very inconvenient and frustrating upgrade. I want the old app back, but it won't even allow you.

I accidentally updated to this app and now have to be stuck with this slow and difficult application. I really loved the older application, please change to the older version if possible. I have been trying to activate smart pass for the last 30min and it keeps closing the application. It is just frustrating and I can't pay online now.
