So far so good. Some exercises are too challenging for my knees, like the planks + jumping or jumping into a squat. I would say the food program needs to have similar ingredients throughout the entire week, otherwise you are spending a lot on pershisable food. Additionally you can't modify what you actually ate in the program and you also can't backtrack workouts to say that you have done them, you have to complete them the day of, so there's not many user modifications.

Been using this app for ages and I love it! The daily workouts are my godsend and the programs are challenging and engaging. The beat part however, is the meal planner! Daily meals are suggested for you, but I love picking them myself. I have two kids who are picky eaters and it's so nice to be able to generate a grocery list for the entire week in less than 5 minutes! Emily Skye has instilled lifelong fitness in me and I recommend her to anyone!!

The new program isn't new, just recycling old recordings. It is still a challenge but I was expecting a full new program. I feel kind of jipped. I also don't like how each day is released one day at a time. It is messes up what day you do a workout if you have to kiss a day. Definitely finding this isn't worth the 9 $90+ before taxes you are charged. Much cheaper programs that cost less. Seems the influencers in Australia charge twice as much for no good reason. Also no option to turn music off.
