I like the fact that in the app you can set it for an 8-hour slumber which seems to help from waking up with night sweats. And you can change the settings for the buttons in the app. plus I actually have two Waves and the app makes it easy to pair and unpair when I don't have time to charge. | |

The cool setting on its own isn't enough to stop attacks but when you use 2 devices on both wrists w/the cool setting going, it instantly stops them! I was able to enjoy summer for the 1st time in yrs bc of these 🙌 I just wish there was a way 2 devices could sync up at the same time so I could use sessions on both. It all started fine, and then continually got harder and harder to connect and use the app. Now for about a month it has been completely unable to connect, and sometimes the Wave randomly just doesn't even work. I've had it less than a year and now it's an expensive, discolored, piece of junk. Save your money and frustration and just buy a personal sized fan instead. | |

When trying to get my password reset, the app keeps telling me I was sent an email with a link. Never got the email and no one seems to be able to help. The app simply will not connect, and while the product itself works, the app is where I can customize it to my needs. Highly disappointed and after reading these reviews you would think Embr would invest in fixing the app. I've watched videos on how to factory reset the device after following all of the original steps. I've done all of the instructions (force stop, checked settings, forget device, etc) after which it USED TO connect but then I had to repeat the process EVERYDAY! now it won't connect at all after uninstall & reinstall. I keep getting notified that I'm offline which definitely is not the case. |
