| 2024-12-13 |  | | This app is a pain. I wish cafes would avoid it. I had a card with stamps which randomly disappeared from the app, despite the stamps showing up in my history. And it has an incessant popup message asking me to turn on notifications. If I say no it keeps popping up anyway when navigating in the app. It makes me want to avoid my local cafe that uses it and use another with cheaper prices but no loyalty scheme. I will say though that they have a very quick customer service team, which is great. |

An accidental click on the "back" button simply caused the reward page to disappear completely, once and for all, as if I had already claimed it. I was upset and mentioned this to the cashier lady, who replied it's a very bad app. Extremely disappointed. |
