2022-12-13 | Joel Pashenee | Events, weekly quest and more require you to pay anywhere from like 30 to 200 dollars to complete. Are the devs brain dead?? Everything, events, to whatever else require you to be VIP 5 or higher to do anything decent. Back to the events, you cannot complete them without paying. These garbage developers made them impossible for free players. Another thing. The developers don't speak English, because if they did the filters would be better. 100% a money toss and not worth the time or effort.
2022-12-04 | Dennis Baker | Same things in every one of this genre; ladder, expedition, campaign that's annoyingly locked behind a level...sigh nothing new or different. Getting characters requires a lot of cash... Character abilities are kind of lazy, probably a copy paste from another title like Tales of Grimm. Graphics are ok, but there are games from the mid 2000s that have better. Memento Mori at least tried something new with their graphics and voice acted the character's back stories.
2022-11-28 | Joanna | Pay to Win. Yes, you could definitely play this game w/out money ... but if you don't want to wait FOREVER to upgrade ONE unit, you will have to pay out some. But the up side, if you pay money for things (i.e., dailys) you don't lose it for being gone for a week or so. My problem now is that I cannot access my account after being afk for about two months (give or take). I have an account set up, but it won't let me sign in, no matter how I try. Rating 3* because I lost EVERYTHING.
2022-09-24 | Ryan Magee | Going in, I expected to be bombarded with pay to win banners, but this game took it to a new level. I was constantly collecting resources only to be notified after the fact that I couldnt use them because my VIP level (pay to win rating) wasn't high enough. I like to throw a few bucks in every now and then to support a game I like, but to outright punish FTP players like that made me feel like it wasnt worth my time/money.
2022-09-21 | Cring The Chair | Okay, I love this game through and through. Im having fun with the grinding mechanics and getting a lot of rewards/resources. Overal 5 star However, I have 1 thing o complain about. I cant access my main account anymore. Edit: I managed to fix it, but this might be a problem for other people. Im not joking, that stressed the heck out of me. It took a couple of tries a troubleshooting, a lot of uninstalling and forcestop to make it work. However, it shouldn't have taken me 3 flipping days.
2022-07-28 | Martin Barker | A generous grind. Reminds me a lot of idle heroes, but this is throttled by level on the main story progress. That's the only real reason I took this down to a 4 star game. This dramatically cuts your experience over time, while feeding you "deals" on packs. Word of advice to spenders, focus on 5* troops > gear and exp. Let the latter come naturally.
2022-06-14 | Kris Villanueva | False advertising in an overly mediocre gatcha auto-battler. There's nothing here that isn't done better in other games. The animations are bland, the gameplay is bland, just everything is bland. They somehow made the menus really confusing as well, which was quite a feat. But what really irks me is that every single ad I saw for this game touted the "100 free summons" but there is no 100 free summons. That's blatant false advertising and if it isn't illegal it should be. Skip this game.
2022-05-27 | Ryn Williams | Great game! i have 2 problems with it though. 1, EXP requirements for the main quests. The level requirements are unnecessary and annoying to get past, especially since the only efficient ways to get EXP are blitz and playing the levels (which you cant do until you level up). 2, the character designs. The newer characters look awesome, but the older ones that are still good (ex. jormungand, pandora) have really choppy character animations. A redesign would be nice. Everything else is awesome!
2022-05-25 | Demon Kitsuna | I played this game for a few years. It's changed its name 3 or 4 times in the span I've played. It was an OK game if you had nothing better. But it has some major flaws. It's completely pay to win, for starters. You don't stand a chance as a f2p. Second, it opens a new server daily, making daily login, guild, and competition completely worthless. Why stay on an old server when you can do OK on day 1 if a new server and then get completely swamped and overpowered by the p2p. It's just not fun.
2022-05-25 | Yogi Who | It's very enjoyable game. If you like to grind you can get sucked in. The only thing I think that needs to be fixed is doing the fight portion where they put a cap on your level to be able to challenge. That forces you to have to wait on the auto collect to help increase your level. Other than that the game is excellent. It would also be nice to be able to choose which enemy you want to attack with none AOE attacks. |
