2024-10-15 | Michael Jenkins | The app is unfortunately unusable for English speakers. In order to understand anything, you need to open the ECI website on Chrome and let Google translate it for you. I'm trying to learn spanish. But there's no way I am fluent enough to shop through a spanish-only app. They could even put in a disclaimer that the english translations may not be 100% accurate. It's funny because the name of the company is The English Court. | |

Elcorte Ingles is a rudiment, they failed to realize and transform into the new digital world, and they only still exist because the spanish society is very traditional and relaxed. In any developed country this chain would have already be a bancrupt. I really wish to meet the mamagement of the IY department and look them in the eyes... I have been in contact through chat 5 times in 3 months and everytime they promise that it will be solved. Then ECI gave me 10 € discount voucher in app to order anything so I ordered activity band. All was well until they suddenly canceled my order, gave me money back, but no apology, no explanation and my 10e voucher gone. I used to love this shop but now I avoid it | |

One delivery had an incident, so i called and asked to resend me the shoes if they weren't damaged. 2 days later, i see them again online on sale, the exact size i ordered, only one pair. I called again to ask why they had put the shoes on sale and i was reassured AGAIN I'd get my shoes. Days later, i get a refund bcs they were sold. | |
