The main reason we have 3 stars here is that the production company that does these stories does a nearly flawless job. The app NEEDS to be updated. 1.) It just randomly stops playing or cuts out the audio for literally no reason. It could be the only app running and still do this? 2.) If it does crash, the search bar within the audio is trash. 3.) No bookmarking system, so if it DOES crash you have no way of picking up where you started. 4.) Download doesn't work, wifi or not.

I love the GraphicAudio experience! the voice actors are great, not always perfect, but 95% of the time they are simply great. After listening to graphicaudio books, normal audio books are too boring to sit through..especially if the narrator sucks. voice acting is great, sound effects are usually great, but I have noticed that occasionally the sound effects can drown out the actors. I've gotten past that by turning my bass down, then it's good again. CUSTOMER SERVICE is unparalleled! 100%!

It doesn't matter if I download the titles using data or Wi-Fi, they hit 100% and when I try to play them the only option it gives me is to cancel the download. I can't even stream them without having to write down the timestamp I left off at because it starts over from zero when I try to play later. You would think as expensive as the books themselves are the app would be a little better.
