We only downloaded it to book one flight and at first everything was great and it was even cheaper than other options we looked at, and it was pushing to subscribe to their yearly primium account. We didn't sign up for it, and only gave the account info to buy the tickets. After two weeks we get a notification from the bank that they charged us 90 euros for the annual subscription!! Without our confirmation! And we can't even cancle because we have to call a numbet that we can't!! |

They wanted me to stay under a certain amount and I had to get home right away. I could not get the same flight and due to that I ended up paying 4000 in total for a trip due to their booking errors. I dprnt 25min on the line with CS and they told me about 6 times they were waiting for the page to load, so they could answer my question and finally they hung up... Oh BTW I have a prime membership which I had to accept to get the low price on 2 tickets for a long haul flight... Even with the $69 dollar payment for prime nrmbership, I saved $$ on my ticket, but after that, this app is a scam IMO the response to this review is telling |

Change the input system!! Otherwise... all good. But, again, i wanna book accommodation near the airport to get the next day flight. I guess many people do this and need this option. But noo, having the airport as the center of my search seems to be really complicated. I have only the city center. Fix it |

Buying a ticket through them automatically makes you create a "prime account" and authorizes a $70 charge three weeks later in the fine print. Now, to cancel this absolute BS, they claim you can do it online! That is BS. All cancelation links lead to a phone number you are forced to call to cancel it! |

They can't get me to the initial destination but charged for all the extras without refunds. $$$ most costly mistake of the year. No customer service. |

Even if you exit and search for the same flight again, it will lower the price back to the original rate, even though they won't sell it to you at that price ever. It's false advertising and illegal... I'd also advise against the Prime membership because they make it nearly impossible to cancel it. Stay away. |

Which confused me into signing up for a subscription and recurring payment that i didn't need. Also they tried to get me to pay extra for carry-on and to select which available seat i wanted. All of which was free on the American Airlines page. Very unhappy with my experiences with this booking agency. Be careful what you pay for |

Their ONLY contact is through a long distance call, where a bot will waste your money and require a booking reference (even though none is required to become Prime). Sending feedback results in an automated email saying nobody supervises that channel any more; attempting to cancel the subscription just leads back to calling long distance to the UK. I've tried to contact them for months to cancel my Prime. |
