The app doesn't offer you any chance to find files on your phone, it doesn't sync properly with your computer (countless files missing), and the problem reporting system does not work. It was the worst decision I made in my software choices up to now to use Asus WebStorage, for the limited savings compared to larger brands I could save so much annoyment. Simply terrible system, and I wholeheartedly recommend nobody to use it. |
| 2024-09-10 |  | | It's cheaper for a reason... mine ended up a jumbled mess of loose photos that took hours & hours & hours & hours & hours to upload/download. When I decided to rid myself of the subscription and put all my photos onto an SSD, it just kept starting/stopping along the way, making MULTIPLE copies of identical folders!! Also, I've been searching their website for about 3-4 hours and have yet to find ANY way to cancel my subscription. The tutorial on how to cancel is just wrong! Be careful!! |
| 2023-03-12 |  | | Just paid to get access to a decent amount of storage. Uploaded a whole lecture series to save space on my phone, but now, I can't play them from cloud. Please fix ASAP, as this is an extremely basic issue that should never happen in the first place, with a reputed company, and also defeats the whole purpose of having a 'PAID' cloud account. ‐--------------------------------------------- Just got verification from ASUS that .avi video extension is not supported by them. This is really bad. |
| 2023-03-01 |  | | This is your warning. Been inboxed by asus web storage over a yr., and finally the cost was so low i tried it. Surprise! It's not fit for any level use. Installed on 3 computers, 2 would not sync. You must gather and assemble 12 points of data/parameters/etc. in order to open a case, which is far too much effort. Not even worth FREE. Put me on the payroll, and I will continue using it, and submitting problem tickets. Oh, and the app? Primitive, limited, clunky. Not the review I wanted to write. |
| 2022-12-19 |  | | No download status, no error recovery, no tolerance for internet glitches or cell tower changes, no resume of large files, confusing messages, asks for permissions every time. Even FTP works better. I wouldn't dare use this on important documents since I can't tell if right now it is rewriting the file (downloading data but file isn't growing) or corrupting what I have downloaded so far. Definitely not the tool for multimedia. All I wanted to do is move 4.8GB of 1 file, tried 5x , burned 20GB. |

It says files either deleted or moved to another location. 3. Software UI is worse. 4. App is not much optimised for my Asus laptop Also. 5. Upload speed is not good. 6. Too much bugs 7. I've cleared the cache/data, reinstalled, and restarted my phone. Nothing will work. What's going on with this? Just constant crashes and it's starting to bug out my whole phone. |

However, because I'm using this app mostly for documents, I find it annoying and extremely inconvenient that it opens the PDF files using its own program, which is incapable at best. The page is really small and the zoom function only zooms within that teeny tiny frame. Totally unusable. You still need to download the file in order to view it, which is very inconvenient. |

I am not going to renew my service, because I have sent them dozens of emails, and they have not responded once. I just want to know how to upload pics from different phones to separate files. An older version had this feature. The updates destroyed that. Response to ASUS feedback: CHECK your emails. I HAVE sent you many emails asking for help. |
