Yes, I could still do events, but it felt like it went no where because they never helped me progress in the main game since the cards were not there. Restoring players' progress should be the support system's main priority, but apparently not for this game. |

This app is so slow that have to start it a couple minutes in advance before I can play it! Other then that it's enjoyable at the moment but I'll see if it keeps my interest. Feels like it is bit coin mining. The game play is horrid. Without the lag and downloading the game is still not interesting. Only good part is the artwork. |

Updates are supposed or fix the game not make it worse. Are you even looking into fixing this issue & what's the status on our progress being restored. I've been in the same level since January. If I hear its a complex issue with no timeframe or status on this I may just delete this game and I used to spend in the game. |

Sadly, the app is very buggy, prone to crashing, freezing, and longer loading times than any other mobile app that I use. Not to mention more than half the time I watch a rewarded ad, all the way through, I'm not given any sort of reward. Highly disappointed. Feels like a rushed, unfinished app. |

There is nothing in the game except buying packs that allow you to advance quicker. It's no exaggeration. I've set hour long timers and still can't advance without purchasing a pack. I won't waste money on a clicker game. |

I loved this game but the lag, the skips, the prizes that don't get added when you earned them. I'm over it. I finally un-installed this game. Emailed developers back and forth for two years. Everytime they said "OH for your troubles we are gifting you _____" only for it to never appear. It was a nice thought. Good luck! |

I've had problem with the game crashing, and anytime I watch the ads to double the money I make, minutes end up being shaved off from the 4 hours, immediately after I watch the ad. It's gotten increasingly frustrating for me to enjoy the game. |

I tried clearing the cache and starting over, now it won't load past 63%. For the first time I have uninstalled the game. |

The only response I've gotten has been, "we are unable to provide a solution at the moment." I've spent $$ on the game, and it's unacceptable that solutions and answers can not be provided.
