The ads they run(especially snapchat & chime ads) are like impossible to close without it pulling the playstore up instead and every time you accidentally click on an ad it crashes the game & you dont get the reward you sat through the ad for. I just had to crash and reopen the app TWELVE times trying to fill my ad boost bar and am still unable to because of ads that are made to force you to click/crash the game |

Keep getting messages saying that I need to connect to the internet, but no internet connection issues. Charged me for a purchase twice, but it wasn't much, so I didn't complain, but it said connection error check internet as when it double charged me. |

The challenges get harder with each progressive level, which they should, but don't make them impossible to achieve without having to shell out the big bucks for a few measly items. With each update, it feels like they tweak the app more and more in their favor, withholding needed items, trying to frustrate you into shelling out cash to buy what you need. It wouldn't be so bad if things were reasonably priced, but they're not. |

I bought a 4 star item 6 times and I couldn't get the color. I'm guessing it's a glitch I hope it gets fixed. I've had played consistently since March of 2023. I'm hooked. Best game I've ever had. |

The events are the same format as the main stage so there isn't any variety, and every event is ranked so its pay to win when it comes to that. It's also pretty glitchy. I end up NOT getting an item I earned from about every other event and it's so annoying. Support will compensate you, but should I really have to screenshot all of my winnings just to make sure I actually get them? It's not the kind of game I would put real money into. -Emily |

I've never made it through one where they end in hours and never actually let you build anything up towards them. Or that might just be me being slow lmao. Overall the graphics are great, the gameplay is fun and and I've never had a problem out of it. I've played for years, it's unique. It's like a mixture of a dress up and idle game at the same time. So your never really bored. |

I'd love to be able to select a positive comment from a little selection when we vote for lewks. Just like, "Beautiful colors!" and "Sickening hair!". Kind things only. There are so many times I would love to give these players a compliment on style. Or just to heart a look. No competition or trolling, just lifting each other. Keep up the gorgeous work! |

I did have an issue with customer service and felt like I kind of fell through the cracks and was left unnoticed which upset me and led me to leave a 1 star review, but customer service reached out and made things right the next day!! Super happy ! Changed my review back to 5 stars! Thank you for noticing and fixing the issue and making things right! Will keep playing and referring others to play too! |

| 2024-08-01 |  | | I did love this game. But recently, I did pay for a $10 pack to advance in a 2 day event. Shortly after buying the pack, my Event progress reset. The boards say I am in 3rd place still, but I'm back to the beginning instead of at "as." I had fully automized all of my stations. I reached out to support to see if they could rectify the situation or at least refund me. They apologized and said they would look into it. No refund or in game credit or anything. They also could not fix game progress. |
