Nothing improves infact many things are broken or no longer functioning. I have been trying to use my auction feature, and suddenly,it's not available. What the hell is going on? Fix the game and reply to your patrons. Because once I feel as though you are wasting my time. I will delete your game and move on to competitor games that work better |

It stops at "Warming Up..." And I hear the crowd, so the game is going, but the loading UI never leaves the screen. I loved the game before it started doing this, but now I can't remember last time I actually had an enjoyable time with it. |

The Experience card ratings could be spaced out more and have some(more) or different upgrading options for players but overall a wonderful game for any NBA fan. ✓[Comment for developers]I am hoping you could update with different ways to upgrade and individualize your players like multiple card upgrade training, headband or armband amplifiers, and or shoes. Possibly if 2 or 3 players have a ring together in RL additional chemistry points also |

I have 2 other basketball Apps that I used before I found this App Now I only use Pro Sports.There are multiple levels to play and each level has its own challenges. You can create your own super team because you can earn Hall of Famers to add to your team. You can create 4 different teams using a roster of superstars.I am totally satisfied. Kudos 👏 |

I could've sworn there was supposed to be an update for "season 9," yet every time I'm back in, the game seems as bare bones as if there's no update. Can't even collect the daily rewards anymore as those remain locked! This needs fixing & soon. |

I win a lot against my opponents, but the AI team 9 times out of 10 give their higher points to my opponents. That means even though I win on the floor, I'm constantly losing to the invisible team. I feel like the game lost its credibility when it created this AI team cheating can take place. |

I have completed the limited time event, "Ballers Illustrated" several times and I'm stuck at level two, regardless of how many "Kaboom" tokens I earn. I have completed it through about 8 times, earning 1200 "Kaboom" tokens only to be kept at level two. I also bought a package in the "Store" for $19.99,but I never received any of the items that I paid for. Can someone please help me resolve these issues an give me my items |

Therein lies the wall too 100's, just like Madden. Now it seems that the events are gliched as well with incomplete rewarding. Willing to spend, just can not like this. Ok, older title, whatever. Additionally, coming from me, I think the game should have prompting when choosing characters to prevent the character being selected and claimed multiple times. However, the game and it's gameplay is still very good. |
| 2022-10-07 |  | | Good game but anytime I get a watch a video bonus it just freezes up and crashes. For stamina or random bonuses either way always crashes. Hopefully they fix this. Have also emailed them about the Zach Lavine upgrade problem and still nothing has been done. So I have dropped my rating from 5 stars. "Edit" it gets worse by the day. Don't recommend this game until they do some serious work to it. |
