| 2024-12-03 |  | | Great game, but it's ruined and tarnished, There's TONS of ads, and from what others have said, apparently they dont go away after paying, although im not fully sure. You can however get rid of ads by turning on airplane mode on your device, if anyone's reading this, this will make the game much more bearable Also, having to pay coins for the minigames sucks, and its such a massive grind, it's not fun. You need over 500k coins to get all the extra's and its WAY too much and isn't fun |

One of the more annoying things is that for some reason you only get 3 lawn mowers each round when you used to get all of them? I do not know if it's a bug or if they have became so greedy that you need to watch a ad to get it. |
| 2024-11-30 |  | | It is a great game, but if you uninstall and reinstall the game (even if you only uninstalled it for a moment), you will lose all your progress, and you will even lose the no ad purchase if you did that, which I think is the most annoying part. there seems to be no way to recover the no add purchase after reinstalling. OK, the no ad is recoverable but only that and only once you re-unlock the shop. Also, now about half of the lawnmowers are locked behind ads. |

Every 2 minutes, the game freezes, and I have to go out of everything, close the app, reload it, and start the whole thing again just for it to do the same thing again. Also, when you watch an ad 3/4 times you can't see the x. When you do after watching the 30 sec ad mid game, it won't let you x out, it keeps taking you to the app that the ad wants you to buy over and over. |

This was one of my favorite games growing up playing on my iPod Touch... but now it's everything wrong with mobile gaming... you have to suffer playing twelve rounds with ad pop-ups every round before you're able to buy the game and remove ads. Even whenever you remove ads, all these extra pop-ups appear that just ruin the experience and shows that it's just a cash grab. |

But for some reason now it's making me start all over, and no I haven't deleted the game. And it won't let me do survival until I beat adventure mode again. Very irritating 😅 Edit: Changed rating to 2 stars, my friend was playing this game and the same thing happened to her. Either this is a bug or it's done by the developers... It is EA after all. |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | CRITICAL BUGS If you buy the 9th seed slot, if you started a survival mode before, it will crash your game before opening, meaning if you don't get to endless you will never be able to get to get all the trophys. An easy fix would be to let us delete our progress from the menu, maybe a red trashcan icon on the window? Second bug: Since the latest update, only 3 lawnmowers will ever spawn, and this bug is present as soon as you have more than 3 rows and has happened on multiple devices. Plz Fix |

Between each level you can expect to watch two very long, very annoying ads that require multiple clicks to get out of. The most egregious one lately is the Whiteout survival ad in which it is possible to actually soft lock the game with the ad forcing you to it's store page and any attempts to go back Into PVZ causing the ad to open the play store again. I shouldnt need to turn on airplane mode to play. |

It wants me to now watch a video to get them but when I go to the store it says Sold Out. Thanks a lot EA. I would've paid for the no ads version too, I have twice before on other devices. But now I'm uninstalling. Edit: it's even happening with the lawn mowers and the game is suddenly very glitchy. If you're not going to keep your game updated and running smoothly take it out of the play store. |
| 2024-11-12 |  | | Was a great game to play last year. What killed it for me now is not just the constant ads, but the constant bugs. I've tried to fix them by restarting levels, rebooting the game, deleting my own saves and starting anew, and even redownloading the app; nothing worked. If it gets fixed I may play again. |
