The app is great for learning. However the new version have some issues with speaker. It always says speak louder when my kid is speaking clear and loud.

Clicked on start 7 day trial and then immediately takes me to payment to charge me today. Why is it a trial if I am paying for it. And no I have not previously used a trial before.

So i found out i wasn't the only one with bad experience. Paid but account did not reflect VIP membership status. App keeps asking me to subscribe despite we have paid?! Emailed 4-5 times without a single response. And once their system has your phone number (which is required during sign up), you will constantly receive marketing calls from their Hong Kong and Singapore office, pestering you to sign up their online English class, mostly with Philippines teachers. After you read my review, i hope i've helped save your time and money.
