| 2024-12-01 |  | | I was going to the app to remove duplicate document files. But the scan put all the same size documents in the to be deleted section even though the file names are totally different. Dangerous and a waste of time. I will be deleting the app right away! |

BUT, on grant SD card permission apps instructions are not what's on my device. So I can't delete anything. Why not have a regular grants permission like every other app?? Instead of the way it is now?? |
| 2022-05-30 |  | | At first it looked veey promising. I only had 1.26 gig free. Ran the duplicate images scan. It found 7k dupulicates worth 15 gig. I deleted them all yet i remained at 1.26 gig. Acan for videos, found another 80 gig deleted them all and yet still only 1.26 free. I restarted my phone (S21+). Still only 1.26. Tried rerunning the image scan, 9 hours later it was still running. Uninstalling. |

I dwnloaded this app. I opened it & it goes straight to another app called file master, instructing u to dwnload that app. So Was wondering what was the purpose of this app? Then x'd out that pop up app ad & got options menu, selected "SCAN photos" & got msg, NO DUPLICATE PHOTOS FOUND! I hav a ton of dup photos in Google photos, & the same photo in the phones Photo gallery, I'm trying 2 avoid me having to find dup pics . Bad app |
| 2021-06-15 |  | | I downloaded this app after a cleaner app deleted all the pictures in my gallery. The only way to revover those images was by downloading them from Facebook. I didn't know how downloading from Facebook worked so I downloaded all the pictures 3 times. I selected files from 6 years, so I ended up with thousands of files. I chose the Duplicate File Remover app because it seemed easy-to-use, it did remove thousands of pictures but I can still see hundreds of triplicated files on my gallery. |
| 2021-03-22 |  | | This app does more than we need , it's amizing how they scan every unfindable file in all memory. My gallery is clearer and storage is way cleaner. Also some apps that have access to delete or edit files in storage, it can fill up no needed videos, symbols and images in hidden albums, so it takes way less time to use this app everyday or week or at least each month instead of searching for hours and trust not working phone protectors. This app still diserve adds to make a bit money. Nice work👍! |
| 2020-11-08 |  | | Love this file remover. Finds files on my android that I didn't know where still in my phone. Gets rid of junk files and duplicate files you probably didn't know where there. Not normally files you would find and clears up a whole lot of memory. Extremely easy to use. No long anoying adds and completely free. Been using in for about 6 months. |

| 2020-10-04 |  | | Does not work, plus when it's supposedly cleaning duplicates a box with "loading" and a spinning circle pops up and doesn't go away. The app said it deleted files but they were still there when I checked and to top it all off it didn't even get the amount of storage on my phone correct and it's report of storage used vastly differed from what my settings show. |
