2023-09-25 | Chop Chop (Kingkong) | Very clunky, app can't keep up with GPS signal on screen ,so you miss the turns, used it today and it sent me around in circles for 30 mins trying to find a address, didn't have my garmin zumo xt2 today so had to use the app , its terrible it needs a big update and the update for all the new 20mph roads in Wales! the roads now have different speeds and the app on the motorcycle screen was showing all the old speeds and it was telling me to turn left a few times and there was no where to turn left
2023-06-05 | Mad Ryan | TBT functionality is not enabled on your bike..check the other 1900 models available. And I own a desert X with the DMS installed ...... nice one Ducati. Which Ducati Desert X are we talking about here.... Still no update since December....my app is up to date and dealer still says no news for TBT software to work in Australia....why market a feature that simply isn't available in Australia. Happy to be told otherwise 🤷🏻
2023-05-02 | fiso | What's the point really, it's just a navigation app. Heard of Google Maps guys at Ducati? Sad to see there's not even a log to update and input maintenance records on the motorbike. Very useless app to be honest.
2023-02-23 | MARKOS KARIDIS | App does not seem to be very stable. Issues I faced so far: although device is connected I could not manage to record a trip. I did it once and that was the last. Today while Android 13: although my phone is connected with the motorcycle, app keeps notify that I need to get connected to the motorcycle. General issues with music. I need to start music from my phone. Could not start from motorcycle controls. I do not know if app or motor require any update to support Android 13.
2022-09-27 | Michael Castelli | On Android device Itineraries keep failing to upload to server. Events can't be created because keeps crashing when trying to enter address. Turn by turn not working and how do I activate the license? App would be amazing if it worked correctly. Please get us a version that works. Please.
2022-08-04 | Rod Urquhart | I have the app linked to my panigale V4 but it shows it as a Multistrada 1260. When are you going to add support for the Panigale V4S/V4S, it has been four years since this product was launched and development to include this model has been non-existent. Also you cannot stream Can bus data at the same time as music/calls without the app crashing (a well documented problem online) again when is this going to be addressed? It might be due to the fact the COBO group module only uses a BT2.0 chipset
2022-06-03 | Ajay Nair | The app is not working. I don't have Bluetooth module so I was trying to add my Panigale v4 2021 manually. I see 2 issues. I can add only Panigale V4 2018 and 2019. No options to add years post 2019. 2nd issue is that even if i select 2019, it will go on showing loading screen with rotating red circle and it never completes loading. I tried with 2 different phones and selected different bike models. It just wont go past loading screen when adding the bike. Please fix this!
2022-01-16 | Jeremy Barksdale | As others have said, this app is garbage. I can't even log into the app. I can log into MyDucati. It supposedly uses the same credentials, but gives me the "login failed" message. Ducati, I recommend investing more in a proper software product team. This is horrendous.
2021-01-01 | Alan M | Latest update, still doesn't work, bike says the app is connected and vice versa, but when you tey to start tracking the app says to connect the bike first. So update has not solved anything at all. Once you get it to work it will be great though! Also only way to stop the app is to force close it, doesn't stop any other way.
2020-11-03 | MARCO VAN BRANTEGEM (7AN_B) | I don't understand how a brand like Ducati can stand a 2.3 evaluation on the Play Store for an app that bears its name. The app is useless, apart from the news feed (but we follow already Ducati's social networks!), and the technical support it's absent (tried to write them about various issues but got no response). Hope the pick a better tech partner for the future. |
