Started off good but now it's generally useless. What's the point of an estimate, when you're trying to work on saving energy/money? Half the info is completely wrong, showing your is be $25 and then the bill is actually $100. Graphs run together, can't change views anymore. Graph shows a surge in usage, when no one is home and appliances are shut down. Basically an app for DTE to track you and for them to say they're spending your increased bill fees on "new technology to better serve you"

Lately the app crashes/stops anytime I manually turn off a plug or light. This is very disappointing. And tells me frequently that the costs it reports are estimates. It would be nice if the app would reflect actual costs or closer at keast, since that is data DTE should have, or at least not remind me constantly, interrupting me from using the smart controls. I am starting to think I should use a different smart controller app or ecosystem.

Can control by heating and cooling from anywhere inside/outside the house which is nice. It still has difficulty connecting to the box that is supposed to tell me my daily usage. It also is picky and disconnects from the internet often leaving you unable to control any part of the thermostat.

It constantly has missing data for a day or sometimes days at a time. As I type, it has data for October 14, 2023 but nothing since. And the Tuesday before the 14th has no data ie KWHs and CCF. What is going on with this app? When it works it's pretty good. But when it doesn't, it's easier to just walk outside and look at the electric meter and or gas meter. And yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And made sure it was updated. That did not fix anything. So, the app is worthless.

Please bring the old app back :( this version is terrible. So many bugs. I think DTE tried to roll it out too soon. I was able to log on a few weeks ago, but still could not access my usage and history. Now I can't even log on. The app tries to start up and keeps closing. Totally useless. Really dissapointed in this version.

I've had this for 7 years, and I really used to enjoy using it to see how I used my electricity, but recently the quality of the data has really gone downhill. The data takes too long to populate, and oftentimes it's missing altogether or never loads at all. Very frustrating user experience. Nobody at support could help either, so I ended up returning the insights bridge and unfortunately won't be part of the program anymore.

The new app may look nice at first glance but when you try to navigate through it, it's not good. The rate/kwh is too high so it's always looking like I'm going over budget. (Need the ability to edit that value if not going to be accurate) The gas useage graph Y axis is off so it always looks like I'm way under budget. Monthly graph showing useage trend is gone & that was one of the most useful features of the app. Bring back the old version or fix these issues. This is not worth the monthly fee

NOT pleased whatsoever with this updated app that I have had for a couple years AND PAY FOR so that I COULD SEE - AT ONE GLANCE - my realtime usage, compare to ALL prior days in the cycle, could EASILY navigate to prior cycles and/or easily use and see TEMPERATURE OVERLAYS on any given day. The previous version was easy to use AND helpful - - this version is NOT. I've been paying for useful data that I could easily see, understand, monitor and use - not flory-dory charts, graphics, etc. Hope DTE reconsiders this 'upgrade' . . . and soon.

Before DTE upgraded this app, it worked great for me and gave me lots of useful information. Ever since they did their wonderful upgrade, it has become useless. After several attempts to reinstall, it still won't give me daily use information and leaves whole weeks blank. VERY FRUSTRATING! I also contacted DTE and received an email requesting information, screen shots, and a promise to help troubleshoot the app. Then I never heard back from them. Total waste of time to download the app.

I used to love this app, but ever since having the green power plan for months it incorrectly quantifies my energy usage in several locations. The advisor appears correct but on the main screen it nearly doubles the estimated kWh used because it's multiplying it based on the expected budget. The energy is more expensive so the budget is right but the energy usage tracking (arguably the entire point of this app) is incorrect. I've raised the issue before but it hasn't been fixed.
