| 2024-11-07 |  | | Unhappy. It somehow tricks the OS into thinking it's the default application for common file types. If I get a Word document in email, it tries to open SecureSafe instead of using an app that can actually read and open the file. |

So you fail and they send another just as screwed with slanted figures and some again almost have to guess. I think it's overkill and very frustrating. |

I reset my password on 3.26.24 thinking that was the issue by entering my recovery code and now realize it's bug fixes to the app causing the signin issue. I've had SecureSafe since 2019 and hope this gets fixed soon as I prefer to use this app. |

Also, Export of my Passwords die not work, one only 1 of the 10 was in the download. I wasted 2.0 hours. Conditions should be clear at download. Very disappointing experience. Will delete my account again and try to find sth. better. |
| 2023-10-11 |  | | EDIT: YOU FORCE ME NOT TO USE VPN ?? This application is getting more and more unstable by the month. First, last year, I had file file storage issues. Everything. Gone. Then, it gave me error messages almost every time I tried to copy items (username or Pw). It usually worked after a few attempts. Then, I got error messages when trying to log in using my fingerprint (PW was not filled on the form, but that's the purpose of fingertip,no?). Now, I'm just locked out of my account (on the app). |

On my new phone the Nothing Phone 1 with mostly stock Android OS it crashes constantly when opening the app, opening the app searching for a password and then opening the password or when copying it. I am disappointed of it because the app needs to be opened multiple times to be usable and the search function unfortunately does not work at all. If the issues get solved this will be aa 5 star rating because I love the product. |

See other reviews - they are TRUE. If your life revolves around your access to this platform for passwords or documents, you are in big trouble. Sent notes to developers - no response. It is actually scary that I have trusted this for so long only to be completely crippled because you can't get access. |
