I used to love this app. It has great design and customization for water amounts. Unfortunately, the ads are so obtrusive now. You have to watch a full video ad each time you open the app and skipping the ad doesn't work. To get around this you can pay $15/week which is an insane price for a water tracking app. Goodbye.

Paid for Pro version in 2021, but no longer have access to pro tools after the latest update. Ads at every turn make it almost unusable now. Those who have been loyal users and paid for Pro should have been grandfathered in to pro. I've emailed support and have not heard back yet. $14/week ($almost $60/month) to use an app I've already paid for is ridiculous. Absolutely inexcusable. Update: reached out to the "support team" and never received a response or a fix.

Bought a lifetime deal, and sometime later, the ads are back with the only option to remove them walled behind a $30 monthly subscription. It was only around $10 at the time that I bought it through the previously mentioned "deal" but I was definitely scammed, avoid this waste of time unless you want to out pace a Spotify subscription for an okay drink reminder.

I don't know if the original developer sold this app or what (it used to be called Hydrillo, but now it's just named 'Water Tracker'). But what was once a great water tracking tool has been turned into a scam - between ads that last upwards of 20 seconds popping up every minute and a "pro" version costing $15/week. Really bummed about having to delete it, because I loved this app! Oh well.

Update 6/20/23. Still no word from support, ads still display. Find another app to use. App was great until the 1/9/23 update. I originally bought the upgraded version and now, they want $29.99 a month to track or free with Ads. I already paid to have an add free app. Hell no! Time to find something else. I'm seriously disappointed. Support is a joke. Just like other reviews, I supply the info requested and then ghosted. I'm not holding out much hope as I don't think they'll do the right thing.

The app worked fine yesterday. I purchased premium in December of 2021 but all of a sudden it's changed. My short cuts no longer work and it plays ads every minute I'm on the app. They also expect you to pay $30/month to get rid of the ads. Plenty of other water tracking apps out there. To update 5/25/23 - I emailed support to show proof of purchasing the upgrade. They were responding relatively fast. They asked for proof of purchase (which I provided) and I've heard radio silence since.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. As many have stated, I also paid for the pro version a few years ago only to find that I no longer have access to it and need to now need to pay monthly for something I've already purchased. The companies responses on the other comments are terrible too. If you paid for the pro, you should be able to retain that version forever. If you want to charge new users a monthly fee, fine. Taking it away from users who supported the original version is a terrible idea.

Terrible, looking for alternatives. Ads really suck. I get ads that take up the whole screen with SOUND. That's correct, if you are intaking water during the evening expect people to wake up. App was ok until their recent update. Just to look at your today's water consumption hangs a lot probably because of loading ads in the background. The subscription plan is ridiculously expensive. Not worth using and better off looking for another app

This app was great when I used it for a while. I even bought the pro version in 2020. Now when I decided to go back and use it (since I had paid for the pro version) turns out I was back to the free version with a pro version costing $14 a month. I don't care what features you have in your app. No app on the app store is worth $14 a month Tracking your water intake. You say there's so many good features, but I don't think any feature about tracking water is worth $14 a month... Do not download

Absolute garbage. I purchased the pro version almost 3 years ago and use the app daily with no issues until the app updated last night and now I no longer have pro, I now have to pay $15 A WEEK! that's almost $800 a year! For an app that tracks your water intake. That's more money than Apple TV, Netflix, and Disney+ combined! At least those services have hundreds of TV shows and movies. There's no way the developer is making any money on this except from people who don't know what they're buying
