2024-12-17 | Shilpa Sharma | Cred has reached its limit now. Even on paying credit card bills (with assured cashback), didn't receive any. I thought it was a glitch but made atleast 10-12 payments today but received none. I'm extremely dejected, gotta uninstall it. It has been happening with me for a very long time now. When my friends get around ₹ 2-5 cashback, I receive a slap. It has made me heartbroken. Gotta suicide over it. | |

If you want to return something there logistic partners will give false excuses like phone switched off or person out of town where in reality they will never even connect with you. Not sure if this is on purpose from Cred .. as they are having the amount to be refunded still with them. Also there rewards are a joke, unnecessary and unusable voucher. The cashback money 1 or 2 rupees can only be used to do credit card payment and not in any other transaction. | |

If you place return request, they will simply mark failed pickup and close. You will end up keeping the product even if it's of bad quality or different size. They have kept substandard quality products in their platform. In some cases they refund after complaining. But most of they time they will just try to torture you by giving more turn around time to resolve your complaints. | |

At times, it refuses to recognize QR codes or freezes entirely, even with stable network connectivity and clear codes. But now the coins are only abused to unlock product prices and all other nonsense. The Coins are utter useless. Cred simply built a customer base and now misusing it. CheQ is best in this front. You can directly use CheQ Chips to pay credit card bills. App experience is simple and clean too. | |

I was allowed to make payments on a timely/random basis without the need to pay through multiple Credit Card apps. However, the latest update is not allowing me to make additional payments apart from the statement generated one. If cashback can't be given due to losses, that is OK. But, it is unfair to restrict payments when I'm allowed to pay for using my Credit Cards! Please fix this issue eIse I have to delete the app! | |

First of all, it keeps reminding to pay bills that I have already paid outside of CRED, even if I dismiss the bill, it shows up again as a pending bill next day. Secondly, their rewards system is nothing less than a scam. You get hardly ₹1 or ₹2 as cashback for making a bill payment of ₹85K, most of the time you get some useless discount vouchers that offer less discount than the instore vouchers offered directly by the merchants. I faced multiple payment failures (amount debited 3 times in 10 seconds) with no way to call or chat with a representative through the app. I had to find their email via Google and didn’t get a response for a day, needing follow-ups. The app only says, “We’ve received your suggestions,” without real support options. Once the bank resolved the issue, they started calling—too late. Suggestion: Add live chat or visible contact details for better assistance. |
