No light my hand cannot comfortably fit under the machine to raise the pressure foot I gave been trying to initialise the machine for a month now it is the same as lemonused cars. A to rip off. Does nit work is really clunky nit to talk about reverting yo Japanese characters. A huge wSte of space. Ut I suppose rhe plastic. Could be melted down yo make prosthetics. At lest it would provide a useful device. |
| 2022-12-15 |  | | I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I'm not someone with extensive tech knowledge, though I do use this app with my embroidery machine and don't generally have a problem. You are able to add whatever designs you want into the app, so I will either buy or download free ones and then add it to the app. It works best when near my wireless internet, so I use it in the rooms that are closer. It does what it's supposed to do. |

| 2022-07-26 |  | | First time embroidery machine. I love my machine and it works well. occasionally it jams but while talking to my friends that have other machines theirs's do also. Although the patterns that came with it are limited I have found a couple of site on line that I love and the patterns are very cheap and download easy. I am still trying to figure out how to use it with my laptop since I have a program to convert a picture to embroidery pattern. |

Finding it a bit difficult to change designs and send to machine, not the easiest app to use. Am still trying to import new designs but no luck so far. As far as a rating ....well .... 8/10 |

I've managed to get my way around it okay, but I'm a 35 year old guy with decent tech knowledge. I feel incredibly sorry for anyone not used to dealing with frustrating technologies or outdated user interfaces. Come on Elna/Janome, get your act together! 2 stars for the basic fact that I can get a custom design to work on my Air Artist. |
