| 2024-11-23 |  | | I'm so frustrated with this Betting App I'm seriously thinking of closing my account Permanently. My phone's up to date location is Always on, but yet I get kicked out of any game I play at least 3-4 times ALWAYS. Tonight is the first time, I lost Bonus games/spins. Customer support to me is such a waste for 24/7 you have to wait for an email, not able to communicate in the chat you reach out to them on. And the Return Rewards SUCK PLEASE make this a last resort. |

Do yourself a favor and go to another app, this one is robbing people. Do not, I repeat do not use this app it will never let you cash out unless it's small amounts. No big winner's and sometimes no winners at all. If you have a hot tickets it will make you wait until your ticket is done. 2, 7 or 12. Is doesn't matter. Don't believe me, just Google their website complaints. |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | The cash out button randomly hit due to moisture or heat near the phone. My picks immediately cashed out for .58 cents. App needs a confirm button to just cancle someones bet. I tried to fix it immediately. My picks didn't happen at all at the time and still haven't as of writing this, but I could not fix it still. App needs a quick confirmation option. A child could touch a parents phone and cancel a bet. Customer service is useless. |
| 2024-11-18 |  | | I even feel cheated cause I couldn't leave no stars and had to give them atleast one. The worst sportsbook app ever. If you do live betting,you might as well forget that. As soon as you chose your pick the odds change and tickets deleted. Even making a regular ticket. The odds change so quick it's almost impossible to make a ticket of what you want it to be. The log in process suck$.And heck yea, they hand out promos left and right compared to the other sportsbooks but u don't get to use them!!! |
| 2024-11-17 |  | | Unusable due to constant technical problems. Constantly freezes up and logs me out every minute or 2. I've tried everything suggested and at this point in giving up. It's too bad cause I liked using it, but I no longer feel safe depositing money into an account I can't access for longer than 2 minutes at a time. |
| 2024-11-16 |  | | Same problems as most people have said. Login sucks and sometimes I have to close and reopen multiple times just to get to the login screen. Can't do quick live bets. Bets drop out and become unavailable as im in the middle of building a parlay. Difficult to use the promos. Why isn't this better? Never had a single problem with other bet apps. So frustrating! |

Before it would take a while but I eventually would get funds transferred ( only in small amounts) to my account, this time tried over a week and still couldn't get funds into my account and I added more money as well like the site said...this app sucks!!! |

Tried to add a second card, had a different error. Tried to add PayPal, done kind of error. Tried to at back. I got a notification from my bank that it was added yet Draft Kings said it couldn't be added. Get your ish together. |

The app changes the option about every other time I log in and CS to doesn't even answer when you ask for help. Hope you don't want to do live betting. This app is the worst of all betting apps. Especially if you start winning, then it freezes until whatever you are betting on is over and the bet is canceled or voided out. |
| 2024-11-01 |  | | The login experience is SO flaky. One time it'll log automatically (with my device auth), the very next time I have to tap the Login button then it tries to. Sometimes I try to tap the Login button and nothing happens, even if I tap it a dozen times. Then sometimes it sends me to we view to login, that's successful, but the app isn't logged once the webview closes! This is my favorite sports betting app, when it wants to let me in..! |
