2024-12-04 | Evelin Cañola | So easy to use. No complications, not a lot of thinking on what exercises to do. The app gives you the routine, you execute, that's it. I love it!!
2024-11-19 | Fiona Buckley | Great low intensity workout that can be done anywhere. Slow controlled focussed movements that burn!!
2024-10-24 | Sepideh Zamani | I love this app so much. It has exercises for any level and any types of body.
2024-10-22 | Olumide Gomes | Really great app and the workouts are low impact but challenging, at times I had to stop my legs were burning so much but the speed is slow and controlled enough I could pick back up when I was ready. I feel like this is something you can really build up strength with. The only thing I'd change is being able to set 2 areas to focus on like you can with the yoga app. You can tell the developers really care about quality and a good workout with all their apps.
2024-10-20 | Joycelyn Failla | Amazing! Excellent cuing, don't have to look up to know what to do. plus if you do look up, it's easy to see the workout pose from a far distance from a small cell phone screen because of the color clothing, the background, it's all perfect. The music is perfect , you need some pop when the exercises are hard, it's terrific. Also, no messing around time, pick your time, workout, music, now you can go about your day. This is the real deal. They have thought of everything!
2024-09-27 | Amanda Norman | movements aren't very well described. video doesn't help, the camera angle frequently obscures what the movements are and she looks like she's just sitting there twitching.
2024-09-22 | Jess Steele | Really want to try this app but it won't let me log in with Google (the screen doesn't load). I love the other apps Down Dog do so I'm hoping this will be fixed soon!
2024-09-06 | J Langi | I go to the gym regularly for full body workouts but this app manages to find those knooks and crannies that don't often get a look in either from stretches or strength training. Thank you.
2024-04-16 | Gill | As someone else mentioned, there have been no updates or improvements made to this app or the routines on it since 2020. The videos angles make many moves hard to see and the transition between the randomised moves are too quick between one another. It's just not worth my continuing subscription. I'll be cancelling. Pity, as they had the market to really develop something great.
2023-09-20 | Elizabeth Moraru | I was really hoping that this app would be like the yoga one, but it is very far from it. I'm experienced in barre and had a difficult time keeping up. As other reviews say; there is little customization for the workout, and the person just pops into the next move. It doesn't give you time to change positions. It's a real bummer because I really wanted to find a good barre app, and their yoga one is so good. The quality doesn't transfer. |
