| 2024-11-24 |  | | I booked in advance. I reveived instant email booking confirmation then further updates with the drivers name, photo, phone number, vehicle type + registration number. On the day, due to other parked cars on a busy main road, the driver could not safely park at my exact pickup request. I received a text message with his parked location (1 minute walk away) the driver also phoned me to tell me where he was parked and got out of the vehicle so I could see him. I highly recommend Welcome Pickups. |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | I made a booking and I did a mistake on my dates.. 1) no one picks up on the phone number that they provide.. and on the chat after waiting long enough they said that they don't give any refunds if you cancel in less then 24hours.. thats like stealing.. since I maid the booking 4 hours before the pickup time and I canceled some minutes later . So if you do a mistake you lose all your money.. |

My girlfriend was put in to a different flight other than the one I originally requested it for. There is no way in the app to change the pickup details less than 24 hours. I called the driver and told him the new flight. He never picked her up. Cancelled, and charged me $55. Now she is abandoned in a foreign country. |

So glad we did, it was easy, quick and Anastasis (our driver) helped us feel right at ease. Told us great facts and even top tips of places to go and food to try. Will definitely be using this service in the future. |

Due to delays that are out of our control (passport control was very slow with a lot of people waiting) , we were left stranded at the airport with no pickup, at a late time, with a small child. On top of that, the driver had the audacity to mark us as a 'no show', so we could not even apply for a refund. At first he agreed to come back to pick us up at an additional fee, and kept us waiting longer before canceling. Would never use this service again |

I tried all options to chat, email support l..gave them over 6hours to respond and got nothing. I waited until I arrived at the airport hoping to receive an update by them but nothing. I finally cancelled. Even contacting the driver via text or call was useless as the call was always busy and got no response via text. For another pickup I also never got refunded for their err |
