| 2024-12-01 |  | | The app and the experience need a lot of improvement. I have some pretty good ideas on how to improve acceptance rates for bad orders. If DoorDash will listen to me. Until then, three stars. Edit: Reducing to 1 star for getting a CV because the app SUCKS. Got a CV for being late to drop off because app froze up(i have multiple screenshots of blank red screen)after I accepted an order. By the time it was back up and running correctly, 15 mins passed. This is not in my control! Support bots blow! |
| 2024-12-01 |  | | I've been dashing for almost 2 years. And this last update has been the worst. It freezes on me all the time. The GPS messes up constantly. Literally just took a 14mile order. But instead of it taking me to the place to get the food 1st, it took me to the customers house. And didn't nothing for that travel. And now I'm way out of my zone. This isn't the 1st time either. I'm getting sick of this fix the issue door dash!!!! |
| 2024-11-30 |  | | Fix your broken app!!! I literally have to log in and out on every delivery now to get directions to my destination. I will only use Google maps because the in app navigation is awful. I could write a novel on all the glitches and issues this application has it only continues to get worse as time goes on. Also doordash has the audacity to offer you under $2 to drive 10 to 15 miles when people don't tip. |
| 2024-11-28 |  | | DoorDash should fix some problems on the app. Experience wise with deliveries, it's good! Easy access, simple rules and helpful support. My main problem: the sense of directions with the map. To deliver, depending on location, the map or algorithm, whichever, will take the location/directions way too literally. Also the algorithm doesn't even include holdups like rush hour or delays for delivery time. To add to it, assigned pick up orders that have already been picked up prior. Please fix this! |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | Too many glitches. Boots you off pause. Been booted out of the dash to the dash now page multiple times, which messes up AR and jeopardizes hourly pay. Getting on the schedual is very difficult without being a platinum dasher and very difficult to get on by time at all, even if you are platinum. Dashing by order is a waste, you are sent long distances with little pay. Lower tier dashers are getting better orders than platinum. The only advantage of platinum is dash anytime. The payment is not. |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | On a Pixel 9 - Android 15, this app constantly freezes when I'm on a shift. I'll talk to accept orders, but then the app just freezes up and I miss out on an order. It also freezes when trying to confirm deliveries. The only way to make the app work is to force stop and then reopen within 30 secs to accept orders. It is incredibly frustrating; I often just choose to use a different app instead. |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | New update makes the ringtone constant when before it was just two rings, & the ringtone won't even stop for a while after you accept or decline the order. they've become more annoying than the Uber app with this, the notifis stop all other audio completely and you have to turn your music or whatever you were listening to back on again. Change this please for the love of god. its not necessary at all. UPDATE: DD now ends your dash if you dont accept their horrible paying offers so that's great. |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | The app is great for picking up orders to deliver but the navigation part of the app is horrible. For a pick up that was less than 5 minutes away I allowed myself to trust the app to give me a quicker route. The directions it gave me were the opposite. It had me going in a complete circle and in and out of neighborhoods that wasn't even necessary. |

The Dasher should be able to access prior runs in order to review pictures, drop offs etc. Support is slow and causes delays with some deliveries. Providing easy access to a support phone number would be a huge help. Also, actual American support agents would also be extremely helpful. |
| 2024-11-24 |  | | The app has so many glitches in it while I try to use it. It becomes really frustrating, plus a person ends up losing money because of this. Also the maps are so ridiculous at times. They end up taking you so far out of your way which is so unnecessary. Again another thing that's very time-consuming to deal with. I am a Platinum Dasher but it doesn't feel as though I get to use the benefits of being a Platinum Dasher because of the glitches. UPDATE: Nothing any better with update |
