Kango switched drivers (with only texting me on the app without my consent) - no calls 4. The second driver could not confirm the ride, but Kango STILL assigned him. No one picked up my child. Um its kango's fault for not confirming with me and semding me any type of communication/ disputing my CC |

I really just care about there not being ANY backup safety phone # or chat to kango. kango number online, it went to voicemail but hung up. What if there were an miscommunication which happens or a potential emergency that isnt 911 worthy? I tried to log in using myhusbands email but the app sees it as a new person |
