Another format (digital edition?) is simply a pdf of the printed edition#$!$ ... unsuitable size for a phone screen makes this version very annoying and unuseable. | 2018-10-04 | | | When the new format rolled out there was a sports tab, but no subcategories for local, prep, MSU sports as before. Now there is no sports tab at all. There were several national level sports stories on the main page, but nothing on Bozeman High or any other high school and only a couple MSU stories that are almost a week old. If you want local sports news, you have to go to their website or to the Billings Gazette. This "upgrade" makes the app useless for me. |
| 2015-07-12 | | | About 2 months ago, the newspaper quit updating the news in the app except for about 2 garbage stories every week. (e.g. the July 12th top story is still something like, "Fireworks at Fairgrounds Tonight." I don't know how they can honestly expect people to pay +/- $10/month to access stories that average about 1/3rd the length of the Billings Gazette or Missoulian, with little more than a copy and paste of press releases from various government agencies. |
