They don't have a repair center at Ogoja, and they never responded to Whatsapp messages or phone calls. At the very least, I regret buying their products since they can't provide useful after sales services. I should have used that money to buy a generic solar system so I can fix it however I want it. I'm sure this is the last time I'll buy any d.light product ever. What a shame. |
