Been a long time Discovery fan & have had this app for a while but what is the point when you're charging US for a subscription & you're playing shows after they've aired or not even at all?? I had the no-ad membership too-90 day fiance was shown a day after it aired and no Pillow talk at all. Yeah, I'm officially canceling and I'll put my $$ elsewhere. I'd advise you to save yours well.

This app should be free considering how many times it crashes/freezes. The adds are abundant but the most irritating thing is the screen will completely freeze at the end of the last add. Gotta hit back or FF to resume show & it almost immediately plays another AD only to freeze again. I have 5G fiber so it can't be the connection. Everything, including my firestick, is supposedly up to date & compatible so idk what the problem is. All I know is I'm paying for a streaming app that doesn't work.

There is no way to turn off auto play crazy for 2024. Only 8 shows allowed on continue watching like really, why would that be limited .and only a certain amount of shows on My list before they start to disappear until you delete some than they reappear only service i seen have this issue.Discovery plus is not even trying to update this app. It has been like this since launch. Raised price with still low class app. If they would fix these few issues, it would be a great app and service

Adds will glitch and play over and over. It doesn't take you back to where you were last watching on the show/movie. It becomes a waste of time - watching the same stuff and then waiting for adds just to get back to where you left off at to glitch again! I've sent bug reports but no change.

I hate the ratings system, I would give this app and Discovery+ zero stars. I've uninstalled the app, cleared my cache, restarted my phone and most of the shows won't play. There are episodes of a few series that I watch that aren't playing yet and now I can't even pull up TLC or anything on my app. When I try to chat the bot tells me that the shows haven't been released to air yet, but for two of them it's been a week since the last episodes. I've had it.

This application and the version on Samsung TVs are complete garbage. Search doesn't work, the way everything is organized is nonsensical, and it won't let you put shows on your list. This has been by far one of the worst apps for a long time, and they just changed it and made it even worse. I will be cancelling my subscription if it's not figured out soon.

Why hasn't the latest seasons of Maine Cabin Masters (10) been uploaded yet? That's the only reason I subscribe to Discovery+. Update: I resubscribed thinking it would be uploaded by now. I googled it and it said it should have been uploaded in Aug 2024 but I don't see it on my app either on my phone or Roku device. Am I blocked from getting it? I stopped paying $8.99 per month to wait for something that isn't going to happen. I'll save my money.

I don't know if it's any good, TBH I'm mad about the false advertising of shows that aren't actually available to stream. The bad info skews the search engine results, it shows me the shows I'm looking for on the service, need to subscribe. I subscribe, it's suddenly missing. This seems intentional. I gave it 2 because I didn't test it after I realized the scam and just cancelled it. Hard to believe this has 4.8 stars with the gobs of complaints about false advertising.

Tonight while watching with our kids there was a commercial for 'save our porn'! In the past we tried upgrading to commercial-free but there is a known issue that keeps many users from being able to upgrade. Not a problem for us anymore as we have no interest in this app with porn commercials.

I love the content of this app but what I hate is if I accidentally touch the screen and lose my spot or forget to pause and have to go back to find my spot I end up watching 8 minutes of ads just trying to find where I left off it's absolutely annoying and honestly most days I don't have the patience to deal with it because I have so much going on and this is supposed to be my relax time but it just gives me anxiety and makes it not worth it to me.
