2024-11-23 | Lillian Williams | I understand technology isn't perfect, but I have proudly been a customer with Discover for about a year now. Day or night, even at 2 am, I really enjoy their customer support staff and they have been there for me whenever I have a question. They have always been able to help me with no issues at all, without giving me grief of not being able to use their applications or whatever. Thank you Discover!
2024-11-22 | Alastair Collins | the app is garbage. it is always force closing, and if you click off of it for literally one second it will force you to log back in. no security features so someone malicious could record or capture your account. they don't Reverse pending charges and the process to dispute them can take 45-90 days. don't put your money in their checking accounts, because items go into pending all the time, and the dispute process I mentioned can only be started after the pending status has been cleared.
2024-11-19 | Rove McClain | Please implement a proper tablet layout for foldable devices. The current layout does not use the space wisely, and nothing is being done to fix it. There's a TON of wasted space. Please add dark mode support to the app. It's 2024!! No one wants to look at all this blinding white. I don't think you guys are listening to any feedback being given as there's been no movement to correct anything wrong with the app to improve user experience. I'm very disappointed!! The app does not scale properly.
2024-11-18 | Rob Blok | I went to open the app to pay off my bill, but the app needed to be updated. I went to update the app but my phone is no longer able to be supported ( compatible )by said update. Fyi not everyone gets a brand new phone every year, I have a samsung s7 that still works well. Fix the stupid App so it works for older devices, too. Or at least send me an envelope with the bill so it can be mailed the old fashioned way by snail mail.
2024-11-14 | Amanda Fisher | Latest update, without warning, advises the app is not compatible with my device anymore - not happy! Forcing users to buy expensive new devices when current is not even that old and had been just fine before, is NOT GOOD BUSINESS. Backwards compatibility for basic functionality should remain for loyal customers over nearly 30 yrs with having always been in good standing and current. Budgets are TIGHT. What gives? Own stock in device sellers? Ugh. Livid.
2024-11-13 | -- | World's worst credit card company. I have an $8,000 limit but I get auto declined for purchases above $20 for "fraud". 5 times in a row, after calling each time, mind you(and you will be on hold for 10+ minutes). Also don't even think about trying to login, their website is broken 35% of the time you try to browse it, and the app mines every piece of data imaginable. I'd rather be $8000 in debt on my debit and pay that back then have to try to make a $50 payment on this card.
2024-11-12 | Kenzie moore | Recent update ruined it all. This app was the only app I have ever raved about. It was so simple. Everything was right there! Easy access. All the information you could need at your fingertips. Buuuuut....this update has failed. Now my phone all of a sudden "doesn't support this app" and I need to "contact the developers" for further assistance. There isn't an option for me to use the outdated version so I am restricted to web access which is not nearly as user friendly. 1000% disappointed.
2024-11-11 | Aaron Bradford | I've been using the Discove r app for years and suddenly (like many others) I can't access the app anymore because my phone is no longer compatible. excuse me? Discover, you need to fix this problem so that all of us that still use old phones will continue to want to be Discover card users. For reference I use a J7 Samsung phone. it's old but still does the job.
2024-11-10 | Nicholas Grover | After having the Discover app for about a year, all of a sudden my phone is not compatible with the app. I can't open or update the app. I have a galaxy s10. This is rediculous. I also had a terrible experience with ONE late fee for $10 that was reported to credit bureau's and dropped my credit score over 100 points...OVER $10 dollars. When I called Discover to rectify they claimed there was nothing they could do. They make hundreds of millions off of users and don't care one iota about us.
2024-11-07 | Brianna Flores | Everyone that's been commenting on the recent update has pretty much said it all. I used to have no problems checking on my account & seeing the preview of accounts without the need to login, but the update has seen those features disappear. I can't login on the app with my biometrics or my credentials which are being entered correctly. I changed it in case I'm the problem, but still not working, nor am I able to look at my accounts quickly. With all due respect, fix the app properly, please. |
