| 2024-07-07 |  | | Logging on and checking balances are no problem. But the mobile deposit portion is awful. Every time, I have to review every check at least twice, or it isn't available. I've never had so much trouble with a mobile deposit as what I do with BCT!! |
| 2024-05-11 |  | | Mobile Deposit is the most frustrating experience ever. I'd rather sit at the DMV next to a screaming child for 2 hours. Nothing better than when you, in the CLEAREST handwriting, print on the back of the check exactly what it tells you to write, and then it rejects the deposit and asks, "Are you sure you can you clearly read it?" Over. And over. And over again. I had to take the same picture >50 times before it finally accepted it. Fix or update your word recognition software. It's garbage. |

Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and intermittently goes to a blank white screen and doesn't let me get in to do my banking. Not sure what's going on none of my other apps have issues. |
| 2023-04-29 |  | | The "MODeposit" cannot read the written part of the checks I receive from Dollar general. I just had to retake the picture about ten times to get one it would accept. Extremely frustrating! The rest of the app is great. |
