2024-12-07 | B Hut | Always friendly and accurate, great place to bank. I do wish that they would change the drive up window at the Pearl St branch. The drive up window is not accessible by most vehicles, too high, too low, which leaves you having to leave the safety of your car and braving the weather. There are also no $10 dollar bills and no $50's either. In a time of no one taking $100.00 bills, that means you have to get scads of $20.00's or $5.00's. I feel like we are losing some of our great cust. service. | |

I really liked the color coordination, it helped me fined withdrawal and deposits faster when I need it. But with the new update it no longer has the color coordination. Please put that back. 2023-09-28 | John | This app keeps having issues with paying from another bank. They make it unnecessarily difficult to use. It doesn't log a payment card like every other credit card app, so you must enter it every time, and sometimes it crashes on you. Not everyone wants all their money in one bank. Making it difficult to use your bank makes other banks look better. I also love how you keep jacking up the credit card rate. The app is really good for checking that. I started under 12% and now over 16%. | |

This has veen a consistent problem for a couple pay periods now. This has been a massive financial detriment and proves they cannot be trusted with my money. I explore anyone else having this issue to go to Harborstone- I've been with them even longer and they've never done anything like this | |
2023-05-09 | Roy Holman | EDIT: 5/9/23 I continue to enjoy this app, however, the recent pop up security warning of using a 3rd party keyboard needs a way of dismissing it after reading. I do use a trusted 3rd party keyboard and have no interest in switching back to my default one. This app makes it very easy. I would rather use this mobile version over the desktop as it is reliable and makes online banking a snap. | |

This is despite clearing cache, power-cycling phone, reinstalling app, etc.. If this were to be fixed, the rating would be increased. Lining up the camera lines with the check is difficult. It's very fast to take a photo before you're even ready. It's automatic. So you don't really get a chance to position the phone the way you want. I do like the app overall. | |

I was able to stop the charge with BECU...would have been nice if BECU had notified me, but they had no clue. The app is easy to use, and you can monitor all your other online checking accounts in one place and move funds around all the accounts. | |

Obviously it works and that's the main point but the greyed out part and the light box and the rectangle outline don't line up! They also include watermarks maybe for orientation but again with all the other elements not lining up it makes it impossible. I literally tried more than 5 times to get my check photo to center trying the various sections and it was impossible. Just simplify the dang picture rectangle. Other bank apps do it better | |
2022-07-15 | A Google user | The app loaded with some trouble. It works fine. The key to making it work and install easily is to go to the website first and set up your passwords. Update 07/2022 Big shortcoming: you can't program to auto pay New Bal monthly. You must manually pay it but it isn't shown anywhere. You must download the last statement. Requires multiple steps and familiarity with the app idiosyncrasies. You must know to open the three line menu in the upper right. Was there no focus group testing? |
