I call their contact number which always seems to be fraudulent. It goes to an automated service which then hangs up. I NEVER get a live representative to speak to. It sucks. |
| 2024-03-27 |  | | very clunky app. it seems there objective is to frustrate the user. it's so secure there is nowhere to see your account number. the info is clipped out or you have to access a hidden part of the app to find it. even the mailers have the account number hidden. please guys, you can do better. cant make payments to them from any other bank account or debit card. have to sign up for a seperate account on their website, select the loan and then make the payment. |
