The upload passport photo feature failed, the upload selfie failed, the first CSR never saw the problem through to resolution and told me he was closing chat due to inactivity, because I was still watching and waiting for verification. The 2nd CSR then informed me it was a problem their side and I would need to wait, an hour later the process was complete. In all I think I spent multiple hours uploading and taking selfies. |

The first about signing and the second regarding emailed information coming from Digidentity. Both matters were delt with separately on different accounts. Despite my confusing messages, the service desk staff were helpful in both cases, cleared up my confusion and the resolved both questions perfectly. The secret is to gather information and use the helpdesk with any problem. |

True, there is an hslf-hearted procedure to follow, involving the use of login details proclaiming "I no longer have access" which simply does not work. I'm happy to delete the app altogether now! |
