The "word of the day" feature is very poor. It pops up with two or three each day, but the notification is always in English. You have to click on the notification and pull up the definition, and half the time the result isn't the same thing. Today's word was "grow on tree" in English, but the word in Arabic was المعارضين, which the dictionary says means "opponent, contender, opposition". Then next to those English words it's got "الخصم", with no explanation of why it's a different word.

The pop-up ion stops every while and it needs to be stopped and activated again in order to work. Many updates and it's not solved yet

I love the app despite the ads. Around 97% of the words I look for are found in this app, Alhumdullilah! Regarding ads, how else will app developers make money? So, I'm okay with the ads. An ad will play after opening the app then after that, no more ads for the rest of the time you're using it until and unless you close it and reopen it.. Alhumdullilah! Thank you!!

It is very helpful, but I am amazed some words don't have translations, such as some herbs for instance, also some medical terms. Lately the dictionary stopped working, so I uninstalled and reinstalled, will check now if it is working. Where is this drawer on the top left to enable full features of the dictionary?

Their database is broken, listing verbs as nouns. Lists Sinking as a verb, incredibly frustrating to find a translation for "to sink". It's sad because the overlay thing and offline data is super convenient. But super useless ultimately as most of these words aren't used by levantene speakers. Maybe better as an app for Arabic -> English but trash for English->Arabic.

I always depend on it to know the meaning of words in Arabic and English . I t also help know the pronunciation of words. Iprefer to see how they are written in symbles though, it's beneficial and saves time and efforts. And you can keep a record of your own vocabularies to study them later too. The games there are good to keep vocabularies in mind . I recommend using it so much.
