| 2024-12-01 |  | | Out of the discount Chinese apps, this is by far the best. Everything I've ordered has arrived as described and quality is very good. Shipping times are generally better than advertised but that's because they estimate a month. The 20 times a day push and email notifications are too much for me. But I'm sure there is a way to turn them off, if they annoy me past my limits. |

Since I never ordered from them before I paid extra for there insurance. 5 months later I still never received my radio. Seller on the app blocked my messages and I can not file the dispute on the app because it won't let the screenshots attach to the dispute as "evidence". Contacted there insurance "SEEL" directly and they tell me because I can't dispute on the app they can't help me. |

Return will not work and you'll lose money. Don't use for wholesale. Small orders are fine but be ready to battle, if you return, take screenshots and pics and vids of item/package, have all tools ready to dispute. Small orders work 99% of the time for me and are as advertised. Reddit can help, do research. |

When you return for refund they cancel your refund as soon as the seller accepts the goods. You lose out on everything and shipping. Customer service is nonexistent. They copy and paste details and pictures but a counterfeit company. Expect to get robbed. Only shop here if you don't care if you lose money. |

I downloaded the app because it offered a $60 off coupon, but once the app was loaded the coupon does not exist. Pricing is very misleading. Prices listed on the ad are not what the prices are once you open the ad and look at the product. It's all bait and switch and I would imagine the product is just as bad and misleading as the advertised coupons that don't exist. |

Every minute or two the screen automatically refreshes itself so whatever your looking at is lost and you have to go and search for it all over again!! Advertise a better item and switch it out with a cheaper item that is not of the same quality or value. It took a long time to ship my items. The second item took a long time ship and even longer time to get delivered. Second seller was incompetent and did not reply to messages very well and was confusing and inconsistent at best. Then got my item and was very disappointed. |
