Charges you for the taxi before they arrive. Meaning if noone picks up your request you have paid for nothing. Everytime ive used it my request has not been picked up so its a tad useless over other apps

My driver didn't pick me up and I was forced to cancel the booking however I was still charged the full amount, and when I tried multiple times to call UniCab they cut me off every time
