One of the options has a really pretty, gentle song behind the whale noises. This is the one I use. Most sleep songs/noises end up having too much disruption for me to actually sleep. But the volume and sounds are continuous. It reminds me of one of the rooms in Monterey Bay Aquarium with the big tank that has the sea turtle for anyone who has been there. Not exactly the same, but it is similar.
