I really enjoy the ease of use. there are a few things I think should be fixed in the app, such as a seller being able to do a partial refund without even shipping the item out. There are a lot of scammers on this site as well so you have to know what to look for. Support is easy to work with and they respond almost immediately. The pros definitely outweigh the cons!! |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | Idk what happened after the last update but my shopping bag got deleted. Like I can't access it/States nothing is there. Deleted the app and reinstalled and it worked after I put 2 items, but after I put more items, I got the same message. Frustrationg since I use my shopping bag as a way to track of what my next purchases are gonna be, especially since I like/heart a lot of items even though I won't actually buy them. |

It's increasingly frustrating using the app, as it seems sellers become less and less reliable. Also, there are glitches happening lately where the app is telling me I'm not connected to the Internet ( I am) and can't view my past purchases. |

The platform is also saying I have 1 chat but doesn't show me the chat no matter what I do! It's very annoying please fix it!! Other then that the app is very good. |

Some features I do like, putting sellers inactive automatically so no one buys their products, easy refund process. Things I dont like, app is very bugy and tells me i have interent issues almost 24/7. You can only make like 10 saved searches, there shouldnt be a limit. Shipping prices are decent and buyer fees are ok. See you on poshmark or mercari! |

Nice interface. 4☆ because it causes me endless aggravation when I filter by size and then see results for "multiple sizes" and when I click on it, the size I have in my filter is not available. Drives me nuts. Please fix your filter system. Other than that it's a good app |

If you are in the US be careful, Depop states that you have the option to ship on your own, but you actually cant. Depop shipping is known to be expensive & annoying (not just in the US) so the 'other' shipping option is used to ship on your own, except the option has been completely removed for the US despite still being on their shipping info section as a stated option. |
| 2024-10-16 |  | | I got sucked in by the ads and made 3 purchases. One order was perfect, no issues. The second the seller cancelled the item to sell it elsewhere for more money. The final one the seller claimed to not see my purchase, I asked for a refund after 15 days and they ghosted me. The problem with this platform is that depop doesnt hold sellers accountable AT ALL. They can ghost you whenever, cancel whenever, and if you open a dispute with depop they may or may not refund you. |

Although they have sent me a reciept, I can't track my package at all. Their prices might look cheap but you can't even get a proper refund. Overall, this app is very fake and a scam. |

I have lost *so* many listings because I've accidentally exited out of the app or pressed my phone's back button, and POOF, my very detailed, near max character description is gone. I have been selling on Depop for 4 years, and i would be incredibly happy to see an auto save implemented!! |
