| 2024-11-25 |  | | Took far too long to figure out how to put an order through, you don't provide description of what the dish is (could be down to restaurant but should be made compulsory to provide), map picked up completely wrong address based on eircode and when I entered manually, it was still pointing 2 or 3 hundred meters away from where I'm based. Not great!! |

The food is almost always delivered late and arrives cold, making it impossible to depend on their promised delivery times. To make matters worse, the customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive when issues are reported. This level of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this application to anyone. |

Almost every third order is missing something, and they won't credit for it. 3. You can't choose your preferred location of a restaurant that may be better quality. I'm supposed to benefit from free delivery with premium (included with Prime) but hardly any of the restaurants seemingly participate in that and all charge more than Just eat do for the same service. Discount vouchers never work, again participating restaurants only and they work with none of them. Just eat is far cheaper and it's the same drivers ironically. Avoid. |

Trying to get support in itself is a mission and when you finally get to speak to someone it's just the restaurant and deliveroo finger pointing at each other. Latest issue is no matter what bank card I use it just comes up as declined. Just use any other food delivery app. |

Multiple times I've requested refunds due to delivery issues and it's either taken them weeks upon weeks to resolve or they never resolve it. I'm finding myself using this app less and less. Quite happy to order through the restaurant's personal service or collect food. |

Customer service equally dismal when there is an issue, which you will almost certainly experience. A quick search on Google will set you straight on this company. Avoid at all costs. |

We left messages telling deliveroo to just leave our order cancelled as we made other plans. Then the order was left at our door without notification. Deliveroo had the cheek to charge us in full and say they cannot provide any refund, because the RESTAURANT and RIDER (who we tip) did everything right. Clearly not taking responsibility for DELIVEROO messing up. We canceled our subscription. Terrible!! |
